This coffee is smooth & delicious!!! It conjures fond childhood memories of my Great Aunt Esther (on North Rampart Street in the Quarters of New Orleans) during summer visits. SHE brewed the first cup of coffee that I ever tasted... and it was Chicory Coffee. "Au Lait", of course! And, I enjoyed dunking my ginger snap cookies into every cup. This (& oysters) turned me into a Foodie - for life!!!
