I started the 50+ when I hit 50 and I like the gummies. They taste good and I think they work just as good as the ones you have to just swallow. Good flavor

One a Day is a brand that I trust just because it has passed the test of time. They are a bit larger but have what we need daily that our diets may be lacking.

The dummies taste OK, the texture is OK and they are easy to tolerate. I can't really tell any difference in my general health with vitamins or without, tho.
