It is a little noisier than other brands I've owned and the retractable handle on top does rattle a little bit from the fan. But it has performed its duties very well so far in the 1st 2 months of ownership.

The unit has been running constantly from the beginning. The mustiness is gone from other places in the basement but not from the stair entrance when i enter the basement.

First unit lasted 25 months due to refrigerant leak. Frigidaire to buy back at original cost. it been nearly two months and nothing yet. First unit fan ran constantly. When it shut off, it was back on in less than five minutes. Ordered identical second unit. Thus far the fan does shut off more frequently.

We have a lot of humidity here in western Oregon, and it has totally resolved the humidity issues in our condo. It has been wonderful. Our unit is 720 square feet and the 50 liter has been perfect for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good unit if continuous use is all you need. However if you need the timer, the new system is confusing. The manual only acknowledges there is a timer, but not how to use it. The old interface lets you know if it is in continuous mode. This one you can ON or Off and set a time and it'll run continuously. Is On or Off a timer before machine starts? No, it runs continuously.

Once we started using the humdifier our windows were never wet again. The water chamber was full each morning! Thsnk you for msking such a good unit!

Carpet got a little wet. The dehumidifier is awesome! Got the carpet dry and definitely removed a lot of water. It is nice and quiet too!
