Online research led me to choose this product. I had the dehumidifier shipped to my local Walmart store. It arrived in store on time and with no damage. We have it in an unfinished basement of about 500 sq. feet that had gotten wet from a broken water pipe during the summer. Ran fans during the summer and thought the basement had dried out. Now with the cold weather water is condensing on the inside of the cool outside walls. I have only ran it now for 4 days, empting a full bucket of water each day, and have noticed a big drop in condensation. Doing a good job although the unheated basement stays about 40 degrees F. Very pleased so far with the operation, noise level better than expected after reading some reviews. I hope to be able to give a better review a year from now.

The fan would run , but the compressor never came on.

I bought a second one after using the first for 3 months to take moisture out of crawl space. Now I use the second on in the main level.

This is the second Frigidaire Energy Star dehumidifier that we have purchased. One for downstairs and one for upstairs. They work beautifully. Gets the humidy out right away.

Bought this for my mothers basement because the coils kept freezing over on her older one, this one works great and the rear hose hook up for constant draining is wonderful no emptying the bucket.

only problem I seen was plastic area in container was broken about 5 different pcs noted when unpacked. don't expect this happen during shipping since it was inside. This did not affect the function however I intend to get exchanged.

This is one hard working industrial strength dehumidifier. It's pulling gallons of water out of the basement and making all the difference in the world.

I use this with the hose hook up. When I first connected the hose it was to long and the water backed up and the bucket filled up. After I put a shorter hose on it works great.

Have this in my basement. I've run this unit for almost a month and it performs flawlessly. Needed a little bigger unit than my last one. This unit is much quieter than my last. Easy to set up and use. No problems so far.
