It works but not as effective as I would have hoped

I only wish I could place it somewhere where I can utilize a hose to drain it into a sink as the bucket fills up so quickly. I live in a humid area and the rain has been merciless on our deteriorating roof. But thankfully, this product has helped to remove all of the moisture that accumulated in our attic. It's a little heavy, but I could still get it up and down the stairs. It's not too loud. I only wish that the bucket was more covered because I tend to spill a little water when I take it out. Overall, it's a great product that works well and keeps the air in my home not feeling heavy and stinking. I recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far so good. It's been raining a lot and the house gets really humid and we use 2 units in the house and one more in the garage. It's the only thing that keeps us sane in June with all the outside humidity.

The first day I emptied it 4 times run it constantly my house smells so fresh I move it from room to room. I had a leak in my roof and before I realized it ran down my Sheetrock and saturated part of my ceiling 1 day with this machine and it was dry I am very empressed wish I would have took before and after pictures can't hardly wait to save money to get another one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set the dehumidifier for a certain humidity maximum, but my separate humidity gauge shows that the one on the machine is not entirely accurate. However, it does remove excess moisture from my basement, so I find it satisfactory.

It keeps the humidity level right where we set it, even in the hottest/high humidity weather we've been having. It has made a difference throughout the whole house by helping the central AC use less humid air to start with. Very pleased.

I love that I can set the timer in the morning if it's going to be real humid I can let it run a few hours it it's not that humid I can set it for and hour or so.

Very easy to use and set up. Love the basket for the water....so much easier to empty and replace than the old one. Glad we got this. Also like that we can set up what humidity level we want in the basement.
