Only have used this unit for 3-4 weeks. Has done a great job of drying out my basement. Easy to use and understand the options. Compared to other units I have used, the noise level is pretty good.

I replaced my old dehumidifier with the Frigidaire and it had the humidity at the set level in two days. Runs very quiet and keeps up with the humid weather we are having.

The handle broke off the water container the first time we emptied it. Had it one day, then returned it, very disappointed in this purchase. Would not recommend. Also had problems with returning it. Total confusion.

Works great, not too loud, I do wish I had gotten model with the larger tank though, since it apparently takes only a day for my 50-pint tank to fill up.

The Frigidaire ENERGY STAR 50-Pint Dehumidifier, FAD504DWD is just what I wanted. It keeps the humidity at a constant %, easy to control, and not too loud. I have it connected to a drain so I don't have to worry about emptying it

We have only used this dehumidifier for a few days, but seems to be doing a great job. It is easy to use and is not noisy. We have it in one room and it has lowered the humidity in a room down the hall.

I am very satisfied with the Frigidaire dehumidifier. It is superior to my previous one and has eliminated the moisture in the basement. It's easy to operate and I am very happy I purchased this model.

was a replacement for a similar one of a different brand that bit the dust on me a while back. this one even has a hose attachment on the back which i don't use, but the bucket is fine for me.

This dehumidifier is working like a dream - couldn't be happier. Took it right out of the box, plugged it in and does exactly what it is supposed to do! Basement is cool, dry and odor free.

After about 1 1/2 weeks of use we are pleased with it. It is easy to move and it runs quietly. We are emptying the container daily so it is removing humidity in our basement.
