We purchased this for our finished basement, which is comprised of several rooms. We had odor issues, as well as ceiling damage from the duct work sweating and dripping into the drywall when the A/C was running. We brought the unit home and simply plugged it in. Within the first day we could feel a difference in the air, and the musty smells had lessened. Contrary to some other reviews, we have had no issues removing and dumping the bin when it's been full. This unit pulls a tremendous amount of water from the air very quickly. We've been running it a couple of weeks now, emptying it multiple times per day, and the odor in our basement is completely gone. We highly recommend this unit; it's most certainly well worth the money.

Needed to replace our old 30 pint, so I upgraded to the 50 pint. It does a great job and is quiet compared to the previous ones we owned.

The dehumidifier removes moisture from the air efficiently. Is very quiet. Tank easy to remove to empty. Easy to setup.

I should have bought the 70 pint unit. This one runs just about all the time. Can't believe how fast it was delivered. That is the fastest delivery I have ever had.

Wish I could have gotten the smaller unit - 35 Pint but didn't have the digital read-out for humidity control so I went with the larger unit. Very quiet.

After buying a different brand that failed in one season I researched dehumidifiers & chose the Frigidaire. This is the second season in use & it really works well.

This is the second dehumidifier of this model that we have bought. They are dependable and have more functions than the cheaper brands. We have found that some of the others last for one to three years so are not cheaper over time.
