The humidifier works fairly well, except it frequently short starts. By that I mean it runs for a few seconds and then turns off.

Worked well , 5gal/2 day but noisy from rattles and vibration clatter. Some strategically placed matchbook covers should alleviate.

I use it in my basement replacing older unit does a good job keeping area dry and I have noticed lower energy cost
