The unit works well however when emptying the bucket the handle broke off and bucket fell onto my foot, ouch! I am waiting for a new bucket which is on its way.

This humidifier after using for one week seems to do what I purchased it for and have had no issues. It was easy to hook up and setup. We will see how it performs over the next several years. That is the real test of how good this item is.

The unit is working very well in this hot, humid summer! It drains in the drain and runs continuously so it is very convenient and doing a good job keeping basement dry.

We replaced our former unit with this Frigidaire model...I can't believe how much better it works. We live in a very humid area of the country (central Virginia), and it really takes the water out of our lower living area. Great purchase!
