I received this item Oct 7, 2018, and it worked fine for a month and a half. It recently stopped removing moisture from the basement. It runs and the bucket is dry.

I'm very impressed with this dehumidifier. Since I started using it a month ago, my basement has been dry, dry, dry. It even has a nice pleasant aroma of nothing. How nice is that.

Do not recommend this dehumidifier. It ran for more than 48 hours straight and only collected 3 pints. I replaced it with another brand of dehumidifier and it collected the same amount of water in just 2 hours.

The unit is a little louder than expected but no louder than the air conditioner window unit. The humidity in the bedroom was over 70%. This unit pulls the water from the air and I am able to sleep without nasal congestion.

I bought this product several months ago. I live in warm damp part of the Southeast US and my basement garage has issues with moisture and mildew. This product solved the problem.

Works, looks nice, but died after nearly 2 years. Good thing I bought the extended warranty, knowing full well that complicated machines like these are not prone to lasting a long time.

It does a very good job, but sometimes it turn on for a few seconds and then off, over and over. I will do this for a couple of minutes. or more. This can't be right ! I said sometimes, but this is every day since I bought it..

Bought a little more than a month ago and it has been laboring continually since that time. This unit pulls about 5 gallons of water per day out of the rooms. Very happy!
