Much quieter than the one it replaced, and very easy to hook up direct to a drain so it runs 24/7 and is not shut off even for draining ! Was a good buy !

I've had two of these - both failed within two years ("EC" is displayed and the unit shuts off). But Walmart is good about honoring the extended warranty. It's just a hassle to dispose of these things!!
