I made my online purchase of this item on Oct. 7th (based on the MANY favorable reviews) and received the unit on Oct. 9th. I m astounded at the efficiency of this dehumidifier; it most certainly exceeded my expectations. It's quiet, efficient, easy to set up and above all it took 15% of the excess humidity in my home out in less than 8 hours! I would heartily recommend this dehumidifier to anyone with a humidity issue!

Working very well in a 24' x 36' basement. Set control at 50%, air humidity was 75% , In 1 day humidity was 55-60% . By day two humidity was holding at 50%....where it was set. Drain hose hookup was very easy because connection was on the outside of unit. Fan was very quiet, even on high. Very happy with unit so far hoping reliability matches performance.

This is at least our third dehumidifier and so far this one has performed the best. It is fairly quiet and does a good job of lowering the humidity in our finished basement. The true test will be how long it runs well. Other brands have failed in only a few years so time will tell.

We have had no issues with it yet. Our last Frigidaire dehumidifier lasted over four years performing the same assignment.

I already set my smart thermostat to try and take care of it but of course, it only gets unnecessarily colder. We were surprised with the amount of water that this machine could extract from the air!

The noise level is very low and not noticeable during regular activity or conversation. So far so good after about 3 weeks of steady use.

It took the humidity down from 70 to 45 over a few days running it for 4-6 hours at a time. While the air it put out was warm, my regular air conditioner cooled the air so I had a cool and dry home while outside was hot and humid. It especially came in handy when I needed to re-paint a wall during that weather! I'm very pleased with the functionality and efficiency of the dehumidifier. The wheels make it highly portable (different rooms of the house for focus points) and the bin holds more than a night's accumulation of water so I could empty it every morning and maintain a convenient schedule.

Best price I found for medium-high dehumidifier. The sound isn't bad, kind of a 'white noise' as described by others. I hope to locate a drain for a hose to attach, so I can avoid going into the basement 2-3 times a day to empty the large bin of water. I heartily recommend this unit.
