My basement doesn't appear to have water/moisture in it but with the humid summer we noticed it started smelling musty and some light mold was developing on items that weren't in proper containers. This machine has been helping with that and it just feels and smells better in the basement. I recommend this product to anyone needing a quality dehumidifier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will be my third dehumidifier in about 6-7 years. Followed the manual and maintenance religiously. Still not the lasting quality of product from years ago. Advice is to take a 2-3 year added warranty and receive a new one for free if needed.

I was looking for a new dehumidifier to replace two others and did quite a bit of research to determine a quality product at a reasonable price. This Dehumidifier filled the bill and has a rating of "the best of the best". It is quiet and prompt in removing the moisture and the best one I have ever had.

Spent about a month reviewing dehumidifiers before purchasing this one. I have had it for about a month and a half and have used almost everyday. So far it has worked great. Keeps my finished family room (about 1,500 sq. feet) very comfortable. My only complaint is it makes the room too warm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement dehumidifier that was provided under the original product warranty. I have had it installed for about three weeks and it is doing a good job of dehumidifying my basement during the summer.

This item does exactly what I expected. It clears my bedroom of moisture in a couple of hours and then I turn it off all night. Just great. Very quiet and could be left on, but no need. Very efficient, and easy to dump the water tray. DOn't hesitate if you need dry air, this one works right.

It runs automatically in the basement. I hooked up a hose to it, so it drains into a floor drain and I don't have to empty the bucket. All I need to do is clean the filter every now and then. Service was excellent when I had a question and needed to call.
