I purchased this dehumidifier based on reviews. I've had it a little more than a month and it has taken a lot of moisture out of our patio room. The only issue is the red float ball gets stuck and has to be loosed up so it floats freely to measure the reservoir capacity. Otherwise, it appears to work great!

Unit seems to work well. I like the red indicator for when the bucket is filling up. My only complaint is when emptying the bucket, there is not a definite pour spout so it takes some practice to avoid spilling all of the water that has been collected.

This unit has worked very well bringing my basement humidity levels down in short order. I would liked to of had a feature to set the desired humidity level and have the unit start when needed and auto stop when my desired level was reached. That may be included on other models. I am pleased with this one. Thanks

Packaged extremely well. No broken pieces; everything in tact during unpackaging. Remove the safety tape around the unit, plug in and it starts working immediately! I kept mine on continuous run for several days, and then started to set the timer. Easy to remove container and easy pour to discard any water collected. I'm very happy with this dehumidifier; it works great in my finished basement.

Not only does it look great, it works quick, is quiet, and is so easy to empty. I have several Frigidaire products and have been very happy with all, including this latest purchase. The dehumidifier works fairly quietly and it maintains the set humidity level well. My only minor complaint is that one "line" in the electronic display did not illuminate from the very first time it was turned on. While this does not create a problem determining the humidity level it is disappointing that everything on the appliance didn't work from the get-go.

These are only good for 2-3 years, but work well until they get the dreaded error message and die. Have it draining into the sump hole and works well. Would be nice if you didn't have to replace them so soon, quality's not what it used to be for any brand.

I bought this a couple of months ago. It has made the house feel cooler and not "sticky" anymore, without even having to lower the thermostat. It has also helped reduce allergens in the house (by keeping the air dryer). I am very happy with this dehumidifier.

This dehumidifier runs very quietly and very efficiently. The water collector is easy to load and unload, and the full indicator light and buzzer is very helpful in knowing when to empty it. The moisture gauge in my basement has indicated an "ideal range" ever since I've started using this unit.
