Set-up instructions were easy to follow. The printer connected to wi-fi easily & has all features I use on a daily basis - printing, copying, & scanning. The printer is lightweight & great for basic printing, scanning & faxing needs! I also love that the printer looks clean & modern - with easy to understand buttons & screen.

This printer was so easy to get up and running! I didn`t have to read the manual, the quick guide was enough to get it going. It was ready to go. I just removed the tape that keeps it secure, added paper and the ink cartridges and plugged it in. I put the disc in the computer and the wizard got everything online to print wireless. The ink and print quality is good. I`ve used the scanner, the copier and printer regularly since I work from home and am constantly printing/scanning/copying. It is very quick and consistent. It is a little noisy though. It has more of a rattle than a hum. The ink quality is good, but it also prints a lot of pages per ink cartridge. This is very important to me because I print so much and am used to going through a lot of ink.I`m most happy with the value and quality of the printing and ease of set up of the All-in One. The only room I see for improvement on this printer is if it was more of a silent printer. I look forward to saving money on the cost of ink by continuing using this Brother all-in-one multi-function printer.

I purchased this printer after much review and research on all printers. I need it for both printing and photo printing. So far so good. I previously had an Epson that I hated and I was glad to be rid of it. The order, delivery and set up of the printer has all been good. I have not done much photo printing on it yet. . . but the regular printing has been excellent.

I am not a tech expert, but I am fairly tech savvy. The setup software for this printer would not recognize the new printer in the setup process. I tried all troubleshooting recommendations listed in the setup guide and on the website. Nothing worked. It is a printer. It shouldn't be this difficult. And after 3 hours of trying, I am sending this back and will avoid Brother in the future. Until now, I was a loyal Brother customer.

Just purchased this printer and have been using it for about one months. Very pleased overall. Ink usage seems excellent in comparison to printer it replaced and print quality is also excellent.

Solid economical printer. Printer features work well. My only complaint so far is printing is a little slow, especially when first activated. The promise of long lasting ink cartridges more than makes up for any speed deficiencies.

This is a horrible printer I have ever had in my life. I had to call few times for this. It's not working properly. If you have time to call customer service every day then this printer is for you. I hate this.

This printer is the bane of my existence right now. It uses ink like a gas guzzling engine. If one of the color ink is "too low" I cannot even print in black and white. Most of what I print is black text so I am not even sure why the color ink runs out ever! Please do yourself a favor and buy a different printer.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. We were getting tired of buying expensive ink on a regular basis to keep our printer going so we decided to try this printer instead. The ink modules are much bigger and each base color is separate. This means if I print with a lot of blue then I will only need to replace one color module and not one whole expensive one for all colors.The setup was not too difficult although they could do a better job of a more visible queue for what ink port is for which module. The WIFI was not able to auto-discover the printer, however it was pretty easy to enter the security key so I could interact. Same as setting up your cellphone.The printing output looks very good. Nice vivid colors and crisp text.The downside to this printer is the speed or the lack of it. Compared to other inkjet printers we have used, this one takes a lot longer to deliver the output.Overall the printer functions are robust and the ample ink is a real plus. However, the slow printing is a little hard to get over. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 7.

This machine is excellent for those trying to save on ink purchases and use of paper.I wouldn`t say it`s just for business, more like something a College student could use for printing reports, essays, loads of google docs. I did experience a few issues with it printing after I cancelled an operation however, once I got that all fixed the Printer hasvastly increased productivity within my home office. If you really want to save some money and get a nicely priced and sized machine, you should get this product. Makes life very easy!
