Gorgeous Picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is superb! There are so many settings on the TV to help get the picture perfect for your setting and content. I also love the Q Symphony addition Samsung has added with their soundbars and newest TV's! It adds a lot of depth and volume to the things you are watching or listening to.

Missing Dolby Vision & HDMI 2.1 for eARC port

this is supposed to be a high end 4k tv but it lacks key important stuffs. 1) doesn't have the dolby vision which is most used for hdr content now a days. 2) only 1 hdmi 2.1 & that is on port 4 and earc is port is 3 & this earc port is not hdmi 2.1 version. 3) missing dolby atmos sound. 4) tv audio is loud but totally missing quality (high fidelity sound) & even for audio out via hdmi earc. so even via good denon receiver it doesn't sound great compared to my 4 year old sony tv. 5) dts hd is totally missing for a high end tv - seriously?

great tv but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV mainly for video games and secondly to watch TV shows. The color and peak Brightness is exceptional and the image quality is incredible. The only thing I don't like is the Blooming that continues to affect these qled televisions, I thought that this problem disappeared with the use of micro LEDs but there it is still. If it weren't for the problem described above I would rate it a 5 star but in conclusion I am very happy with my purchase

Rainbow Effect

just bought the tv. after configuring the unit, i noticed all the glare and the rainbow effect from the lights. i have never seen anything like it. my old samsung 4k tv doesn't have the same reflection problems. needless to say, the new tv is on its way back to samsung.

Really so disappointing.

I have been trying to buy this TV for more than a month and I always get an error on their pages, they must correct all those problems because I cannot buy the TV and I have already contacted their customer service countless times and they never solve the problem . problem, they just say we'll contact you by mail and they never do. Really so disappointing.

As a filmmaker, I recommend you skip this set.

i wish i wouldn't have upgraded from my 2019 q80r. don't get me wrong, the tv has some strengths like the new game mode, but for movies i feel an insane amount of buyers remorse. i'm a cinematographer and colorist that has exclusively backed samsung for the last decade. the 2019 set has a far superior image to the 2021. the shadows on the 2021 are better, but the skin tone highlights introduce appalling false color and contrast shortcomings. the skin tone highlights have a strange blue/orange shift. the contrast in these highlights fall short of the hdr capabilities of the television and look horrendous. i'm watching films i've shot on apple movies, and amazon prime apps. the tv gets it wrong. period. the sound passthrough also pops consistently. i don't recommend this set. it sucks.

Very good but….

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this tv a week ago and while I am impressed with the picture quality and the ability to change settings to suit my taste (this replaced a Samsung plasma tv), I am not impressed with the halo or rainbow effect that I constantly see when dark scenes are on the screen (such as is common in movies/shows about space, fantasy, or suspense, etc., as well as the occasional al tv shows with dark scenes/backgrounds). The screen has an anti-reflective coating BUT if one sees a light (recessed, pendant, or lamp) reflected on the screen a rainbow is seen across the screen with light source as the origin - this really affects the picture qiuality and viewing experience. Thinking about exchanging it with a OLED.

Excellent TV for a very bright room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aside from streaming direct and chromecast contents, we use the TV to chromecast HiFi music, through the 9.1 sound system. We also added a camera to it, and use it for Duo video calls.. Lastly, we use it as a big remote screen for the laptop computer.

Tv has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the tv but you guy have to update tv for wide angle for gaming it can't only work for pc gaming only has to work for Xbox series x too and one 2.1 hdmi for gaming what where you thinking you should had put 2 2.1 hdmi port but I've been buying your product for a very long time and I'm here to stay Samsung please send an update for the wide screen gaming cause it only works for pc gaming
