Outstanding Picture

Great picture but has a bend in the screen

Bought this TV because of the picture quality and reviews. The TV was shipped with a bend in the screen (see picture). It is not flat, curved front the top to the bottom. Vision Electronics says this is normal for Samsung TVs.
