The tv is good. I don't like that I need a Samsung account to watch TV. I want to buy a tv, plug it in, connect to a source, and then watch tv. I also don't like getting emails every day from my tv.

Great tv set our purchased in ‘21. Still holds up well with the new QN models and far exceeds anything with the Crystal UHD line up. You can not downgrade after a QN85A. Just replaced with ‘25 QN80F, can wait to get it delivered and set up.

I purchased this product 2 years ago and it is still in good shape. I enjoy watching my favorite movies and tv shows with this device. I love the picture quality.and The colors are so precise and very detailed which is I love the most. The sound quality is good as well. I don't have any problems connecting it to my network and the apps are awesome.
