[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great upgrade! Especially since this replaced my LN52A750 that I had purchased in 2007 (which still works perfect). I am on day 5 with the Neo Qled and it is absolutely amazing. I am still in the learning curve with getting used to all of the great features and functions that are new to me. But hands down the picture quality is impressive! Even the sound is great. I am glad I did my research into new tv's and ended up selecting the 65" Neo Qled. I've been a Samsung fan for decades and will continue to be. Thank you for the great products.

A whole new experience!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Samsung primarily for movies (Netflix etc) and it's “smart” features - Samsung exceeded our expectations -the quality of picture with its vivid colors and sharpness has greatly enhanced our viewing enjoyment! Our family room has extensive natural light which for years hampered our viewing with our earlier TV's- Problem solved!-Samsung has eliminated the problem. The ease of use of the remote with its one button touch and “voice” function to access Netflix and Prime Video make channel selection quite convenient as is the switch from network to cable shows. We appreciate the “fine tuning” features to fine tune and enhance both the sound and picture. We enjoy our music and video apps ( Soros, Pandora, Utube etc) as well as BlueRay videos- Wow!- Simple and enjoyable in every way! We chose the Samsung over Sony, LG and others. A great choice!
Ok, I don't need an OLED.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is just superb. I have an OLED in the same room and I use this as a gaming monitor. I have to say I'm impressed with the color accuracy and brightness. Specially with HDR content! Something I'm sure no other tv in the market can match. The ultra wide settings for gaming up to 32:9 are super awesome and I love the gaming mode.

The picture quality is excellent, colors are bright, and some shows it seems are like a live performance. The sound quality is the only thing for me not giving it 5 stars, on some programs the sound is too low , others too high, and it has to be adjusted higher or lower.

Smart TV is an interesting add-on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is a great appliance to the home and its decor. The TV is fantastic for family's day watching TV. I remember watching football and some teams quarterback leg got broken. The settings for the TV are also easy as well. Both TV and internet setting together.
Great TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming movies and shows (NF, Prime, HBO), watching local content from our NAS, and Xbox Series X are the main ways we utilize our TV. Pros: The brightness the Neo QLED can pump out can blow us away sometimes, which is great because we have a lot of daylight in our main room and the picture still shines through with ease. The picture and color are beautiful, I'm no color expert but the colors look far more accurate than any of the conventional LED TVs I've owned in the past, and the black levels are equally good. Xbox Series X I have plugged into the HDMI 2.1 port for maximum performance, and with the game mode that the TV can automatically switch is helpful. Cons: The first HDMI port is the only 2.1 capable port, the others only support 2.0, but that fits my needs alright so for me it was ok. I notice sometimes during credits on a black screen that the Neo LED seems to be a bit dimmer at the edges of the text, maybe there's a setting that corrects this that I'm not aware of, but it is more noticeable when you first start using the TV. There are also rare times when something bright is on screen, like a HUD in a game, and the rest of the screen is dark you can see a slight glow around the lit element. I've only seen this a couple of times though, as normally the black level on the QLED seems pretty absolute. Despite the few cons, I'm really happy with the purchase, and haven't seen any other TVs in this price range that impressed me as much.

This product is full of great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung replaced a wonderful 48 in. Samsung curved TV that was getting a little long in the tooth and showing blue at the edges. To start with this display is incredibly detailed, even off center, which is a big plus for multiple viewers. Next, the Tizen system is fast with the latest processor. No waiting on startup to decide what to watch, as all options are instantly available. The remote is both comfortable and functional. Only nitpick is the ambient light recharge is a non-starter for convenience, so every few weeks I use my Google phone charger to bring the remote's battery back up to speed. Glad Samsung included the charging port. Additionally, I mounted the TV on a table top swivel stand to provide viewing in two adjacent rooms, Dining and Living Room. The owners manual misstated the screw size, support was no help, so it required multiple tries to find the correct hardware at my expense. Would be nice if Samsung could have provided wall mount screws that would fit this application. Overall, this is a beautifully crafted TV, and I Love It!!!
Absolutely wonderful Tv and picture

Beautiful picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV mainly for streaming using my apple tv 4k. The picture quality is phenomenal with deep blacks and rich colors. Only problem I've run into is when streaming 4k content, there is often some lag following the streaming service ads where the sound does not come back for 30 - 45 seconds.

You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. 3. If the audio drop issue is happening when connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable. Perfect TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been researching a lot for TVs that can push a PS5. This thing is amazing. Really appreciate the game mode menus that you can see what it's doing live and make changes on the fly. Super clear picture, I don't have reflections bothering me, seems to perform in the dark and light with no problems. Sound is amazing too for just TV speakers. Definitely recommend this TV for gamers as well as general TV watching.
