I currently use this TV for gaming purposes and let me say that the quality of the screen is unbelievable it has really set my gaming experience to a whole new level the sound is phenomenal I wouldn't trade her in for anything in the world

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch "normal" TV and stream Netflix, BritBox and Amazon Prime. Beautiful picture in any use. However, it is not compatible with Acorn and that's essentially why I was getting a new tv. Unfortunately, I just assumed I would be able to use it with any well-established streaming service. At least BritBox has a lot of the same programming. This is my first smart tv and it is relatively easy to figure out. Registering it was a bit of a problem. My computer kept telling me my model and serial numbers were wrong (even though I checked them 3 times). Eventually they sent me an email saying "thank you for registering your Samsung smart tv" so I guess they got it. Like most electronics these days, there is no one to contact when you have a question except a robotic computer who doesn't understand what you're asking or connects you with a "consultant" -- whoever that might be. My guess is no one will ever see this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung customer for many years. I had a Plasma 58" for many years, and loved it. I wanted to experience the 4K in all its glory, so I bought the newest Neo. When I was watching real 4k it was amazing, but watching regular 1080P Cable TV was very disappointing. I had to have the Vendor that sold and installed the TV out twice to adjust it. It was Flashing and changing settings by itself. I was at the point of returning it, but I think the AI took over and learned the analog cable signal. Now it is better than the Plasma by far. I wish I had been told about this from the beginning. Anyway now I am in love with it.

Pair that with the settings exclusively used for gaming and there is no better TV on the market for gamers. With the features included being great and the picture being top of the line, I couldn't be happier with this TV. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone....5 stars for sure.

I bought this a month ago and had a defect with two bulbs not lighting (notice 2 greyish dots mostly on white screen and lighter colour screens in general). Still waiting for a replacement after over a month. When overlooking those 2 dots, the picture quality is sharp. Smart TV features are nicely placed and overall interface is very good When connected to the Samsung Dolby Atmos soundbar, the picture quality and sound immerse you in what you're watching. I wish the TV had a one connect box though as it's not easy setting up the wires on the back with such a tight space after hanging the TV. Non 4k video is a little too grainy in my opinion, and watching sports like hockey in non 4k is not the best due to some ghosting. Waiting for my replacement unit, however overall I think this TV produces a very nice image and sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my QN90A for 4K @ 120 Hz gaming & HDR streaming. The picture is absolutely stunning! The blacks are deep, the highlights pop, & the color is vibrant! The spectrum (color gamut) is so much wider than on any other TV I've seen. Everything is clear, sharp, and latency is almost nonexistent. Aside from not supporting Dolby Vision, I'm very happy with it.

love the picture, but having a big problem with voice delay, when watching regular broadcasting on my spectrum cable box. there is no problem, when watching wifi programming like netflix or prime. if i pause the station and restart it's fine, until eventually it delays again. hdmi cables are fine.

I chose this TV for the 'anti glare' feature. What was shipped to me was a TV without that feature so I was able to compare them side by side. What I found... This TV has a very nice picture that distinguishes black and white nicely. But the 'anti glare' is simply a Saran wrap type layer that has been put on top of the screen. If you're worried about glare it does help some, but it's cheap and not all that effective. See pic... Top TV is without anti glare. Bottom one is with.
