I use my TV in my bedroom So it gets daily use From streaming movies to playing on my gaming console! A picture is always vibrant clear the video options make it even easy to switch through different profiles for the perfect picture whether you're watching an action movie or drama, sorts or playing video games, it has a preset for whatever your taste may be! The menu options are easy to access and labeled in a way that I can understand, the app store is great. The best part is the responsiveness when downloading new content, no long wait times! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Primarily use this for TV(Sling), Netflix, Amazon Prime and HD Movies. Size: Almost no difference in physical size between the old 55" and this 65" TV, all down to the size of the Bezel. The new QN65 bezel is barley noticeable, image goes almost to the edge of the screen. Sturdiness: I have this system on a slim fully articulated wall mount. My biggest concern was that the screen would be flimsy and prone to bending or buckling. But this system is sound and yet incredibly light. Image: One reason I wanted the upgrade was to get rid of the pixilation and ghosting especially in dark images and fast movement, the QN65 completely fixes that. Sound, while the system has good sound I have this hocked up to a sound bar and satellite speakers for a better immersive experience, using the HDMI(eARC) output. Overall, very impressed, great image, so glad I made the upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, This machine is awesome. I love every detail and the smoothness of the new LED panel. I use it mostly for gaming with my series X and for streaming. HBOMax streaming with Dolby Atmos and with Samsung's Akg N700NCM2 is a treat, just try it for once. I love the way my entire house is synchronized with the Samsung Smart things. Other features, I dont feel are that much special. I love the OLED panel from LG, But Samsung is on another level with this Neo QLED competes with Samsung's Notorious(in a good way) AMOLED screen. If you are looking for a new TV, you have to keep this TV in mind as your "Ecosystem"(Newton's Fruit) is not having a TV not even a comparable screen to Samsung's.

We shopped this against comparable LG models and found this to be better quality image, sound and overall experience. We replaced a 4-year old Vizio 4K TV that was starting to lose it's LED backlighting. Overall, this is a HUGE improvement over that set, and we are very glad we made the upgrade. That said, the only thing that we are slightly disappointed in, is the Smart TV interface. Our old Vizio had Chromecast built into it, which gave us several dozen more apps to watch things. It also gave us a much easier way to view services such as Pluto. Essentially, the best way to describe the menu interface on this TV is clumsy. You can find what you are looking for, but the layout and design of the menus are not intuitive or always easy to navigate. We would love to see several rows of apps upon opening the settings menu. If Samsung can push a software update that improves this interface, then we have no doubt that it will be the absolute best TV on the market (aka 5-stars).
