[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the type of person who is brand loyal when a product meets or exceeds my expectations and gives me great reliability and service. Samsung TV's have exceeded these expectations. I got this TV to replace a 55" 1080 television made in 2013 and this was only because of the pricing pressure caused by the semiconductor supply chain shortage. I was impressed with the Samsung experience and reliability. I chose this product as I always look for the top of the line products as most manufactures will use their best labor, parts, and manufacturing process on these flagship components and this TV does not disappoint. I am late to the 4K viewing experience, but I am blown away by the HDR and color range of the TV. The best part of this TV is actually the processing unit on the television. Older Samsung TV's utilized older CPU chips which meant that streaming experiences on older TV's was slow. This TV switches between services very quickly. I also game with this television and the newer games which use HDR look great though playing on PS4, I do not get the benefit of 4K or high refresh rate yet. The only letdown is that dolby atmos sound is not native to this TV and it should be supported Samsung's competitors support this feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a gamer and wanted to upgrade my gaming experience. Almost every game looks better on this TV. This TV brought life into the details of games that didn't have much detail to begin with. The TV has a fast response that was a tad bit faster than my old Samsung TV and that took some getting used to. Its a great TV. I am very impressed with the sound and picture. I do not regret my purchase in anyway. I am very happy with this addition to my living room.

We watch in a large room with a lot of windows and it is bright enough to still show everything clearly. At night, it is like being in movie theatre. You wont be sorry if you get this TV.

Image is great, sound is great, blacks/shadows are awesome... But TIZEN is slow, missing tons of apps, even the menu feel as they were eating all the TV's resources. The DLNA Player is slow, bad at rendering styled subtitles, supports only some basics codecs. Would prefer this TV to not be "smart" at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my QN90A for 4K @ 120 Hz gaming & HDR streaming. The picture is absolutely stunning! The blacks are deep, the highlights pop, & the color is vibrant! The spectrum (color gamut) is so much wider than on any other TV I've seen. Everything is clear, sharp, and latency is almost nonexistent. Aside from not supporting Dolby Vision, I'm very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV ""BUT"" the instructions were not good at all and real small to read. I had a Q 9 - 4K 65' and knew how to use it. But had to call Samsung and go on You Tube for help on some things. Should explain more and on a larger letters to read!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The NEO QLED 4K 55” is a great tv for high def anything, my Xbox series x is ridiculously clear running on this TV, the vivid brights and the darkest of blacks make this screen pop with all sorts of details that would have gone unnoticed without this TV. I recommend this to anyone looking for 120 FPS and 4K resolution. Any gamer, sports fan, or movie enthusiast needs this TV in their lineup!

The picture on this Samsung has the best picture and sound quality of any television we have ever owned. For the first time we are streaming our television. This Samsung is so easy to use with the microphone button and user friendly remote. We have purchased Samsung for years and highly recommend them to family and friends.

The sound is also much better, our old Samsung was over ten years ago and still going strong. Because of the new gaming systems we felt that it was the time to upgrade our old TV. This new TV system is a big improvement and we are very happy that we purchased this system.
