[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all I think this is a great TV. I didn't hold any expectations as anything was going to be better then my 7 year old, outdated TV. Samsung stepped it up with this QLED TV. First this is a heavy TV. The quality of the materials used to build it are good. It looks like the frame is aluminum or steel and it's built to last. With that said you will definitely need two people to handle it. The picture is outstanding and the colors really jump off the screen. The bezel of the TV is very thin as well as the TV itself. The quality upscale is good and even things that are not high-quality seem to pop. The sound is probably the next best thing on this TV besides the picture. The sound moves with the motion on the TV and really fills the room nicely. I love the fact that there is arc support for the HDMI hook ups. If you parent with a Samsung sound bar it only improves the quality even more. The smart features are great and set up as a breeze while using the app. I was able to quickly sign in to all of my streaming services as well as take advantage of Samsung‘s free service for TV. The smart remote works nicely and is not over complicated to use. Gaming systems look great on the TV and gameplay seems to run very smoothly even over Wi-Fi versus hardwired. All in all this is a great quality TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch mainly movies and series and the sharpness and quality of this new Samsung TV combined with an awesome surround sound system has taken TV viewing to a whole new level I didn't know possible! I am one happy couch potato!

for streaming, we wanted to use the tv with our existing roku device plus apps from the samsung app store. this enables the tv's multi-view feature to simultaneously display two streams from the same streaming service. for example, two football games on different channels on youtube tv. unfortunately, we couldn't find a way to configure the samsung remote to control the roku streaming stick. unfortunately, the tv doesn't properly recognize our bose lifestyle 535 home theater, even when it's manually configured through samsung's universal remote feature. this prevents the samsung remote control from controlling the bose volume. ultimately the way that we resolved the issue was to abandon the hdmi connection from the bose to the tv and just use the optical audio interface only.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our main TV for viewing - we are avid streamers and sports enthusiast - the best thing is everything is upscaled to 4k - everything - set up was a breeze - the color and picture just pop off the screen - this reminds me of when we got our first HD tv back when - the difference from our prior 4k TV is like day and night and that tv (a Samsung) by the way already had a great 4k ultra high def picture - but it did not actively process pictures up like this one - i can highly recommend this TV - it is an upgrade to almost anything else you may compare it too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Display is the best in current 4K models in the market in non-OLED models. Don't have to worry about burn-in issues like OLED die to mini LEDs. Anti reflection coating is the best if your room is bright or lots of windows or lots of day light. Remote has Solar so no more battery swap as long as remote gets some light in normal use or USB-C charging. Tizen Operating system is super easy to use and layout is too good.

The operating system is very intuitive and easy to use. The picture is great and it seamlessly integrates with my Sonos system. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my TV! The picture is stunning and so detailed, with great brightness that really brings all the colors to life. And while the colors are vivid and bright, the blacks are so dark, with very little light distorting the image. I've also been very happy with the overall user experience. The TV is fast and responsive, and I love Samsung's very simple remote with voice activated searching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is my main screen. Took a lot of studying and playing with the settings to feel at home with it. Had to have the Geek squad came back and fix the volume. I like the smart features as I can mirror my apple computer slide shows I have composed up on the big screen. Once in a while, it does not work well and is frustrating, but on the whole, when it does work the display is awesome. Need better tutorials online like UTube to help the consumer.
