I am the person in the house that just watches TV and usually does not care about the features or picture quality. Does it turn on and off, can I hear the sound. I am good. But after I saw this massive TV on the wall and I was shown what true 4K content in HDR looks like. I was blown away. The more I watched the more I noticed the fine details of the picture that I never would have noticed before. Simply put, the picture quality was amazing and I never knew a TV picture can look so life like. Once the TV got configured and all the apps added, I was able to watch all my favorite shows and movies and seemlessly moving from one app to another. Using Samsung TV plus, I have found lots of interesting things to watch, and all for free. I am trilled everthing can be controlled from the 1 Samsung remote. Nothing I hated more was all the remotes we had and needed for each device. Now I can use the one remote and it automatically charges from the light. Never need to worry about dead batteris again. Final Thoughts: I never thought I would feel a certain way about a TV, but I do love what is hung on my wall. The picture is beautiful and putting digital pictures on the screen is amazing. We have had many family movie nights since putting up the TV, and I love spending time with the family, eating popcorn, and watching a movie with an amazing picture together.

You can even see the pores on the actors. The sound is good but I bought a sound bar,(non Samsung), for a movie theater feel. Tv is loaded with many applications and it has ports to add fire, apple or roku tv. I find this tv had brought me and my family to modern times with all the amenities desired for a fantastic viewing experience. Totally recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung is an amazing tv! It is mounted on my living room wall, on an articlate mount. The picture is so vibrant and crisp, you really don't have to pull it from the wall, the screen can truly be seen from any angle. The 4K and UHD are incredible! Sometimes I just watch the beautiful movies that are produced in that format. The colors are vibrant and everything is vibrant and "alive!" Movies are so immersive on this screen, I needn't go to the theater! It can be controlled with the remote, or "Smart Things," on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5G, or my Galaxy Tablet. It is feature laden, and any apps you don't have, you can easily add. It works with both Alexa or Google: your preference! It has beautiful "Ambient," mode, that makes your screen subdued, and sets a relaxing mood! The sound is great, right out of the box! You can add a soundbar, and external speakers, if you'd like, but they are definitely not necessary! Should you need support, as I did; a call to Samsung quickly remedied the problem! I am so not tech saavy! This was an investment in my viewing pleasure, my entertainment. This Samsung for me, was the "right choice!"

When watching sports no refresh rate issues. Love the anti reflection coating we can watch in a bright day large room without issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is such a thing as TOO BIG in the bedroom.... LoL. Deciding what side of the screen to look at while watching tv in bed is not enjoyable. I didn't go for the 8K because my research showed that 4K for the next couple of years is as high as true 4K productions and that networks will be transmitting. Think about it.... Had High Definition is not even the complete norm let alone getting them to not only broadcast but to record in 8K is at least reasonably 5 years away to be the norm. I also have the Samsung HW-Q950A Soundbar 2 surround speaker and formidable subwoofer with the 11.1.2 surround sound theater experience in my bedroom. This Q950A is awesome sound with the incredible picture quality and easy to use Samsung high-end quality Smart TV.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Had an oled. Loved it. But needed bigger. 85 oled prohibitively expensive. Was worried about a big downgrade in blacks. Neo qled blacks very deep. Oled maybe a bit smoother and 3d. But very happy with neo.
