I made jambalaya with this instead of the andouille sausage I normally use and it was a nice change of pace. Great flavor! I will definitely use this again for a few different recipes.

Unfortunately this is the first Member's Mark product we've bought that we wouldn't recommend. The casing is very thick and tough - it seemed like work to eat the sausages. Once you got through the casing the flavor was pretty good, but my wife and I both said that we would never buy these again.

Great addition to summer! Best grilled but don't be afraid to broil them in the oven. Great addition to beans. Will buy again.

I've given these several attempts with different ways of cooking them. The casing is so tough. Very hard for kids to eat.

purchased this item at the store and grilled it as recommended. i found the item to be flavorful but the skin was so tough i couldn't eat it without cutting with fork and knife.

Grilled these up last night. They have a good flavor, but the casing is a bit difficult to get through. I am not a huge fan of natural casings, but other members of my family like them. I plan to cut up leftovers and use in a batch of beans, which I look forward to trying them in that manner.

This is the only MM product that I take exception with. While chewing a bite of sausage I encountered a piece of bone just big enough to crack a tooth. Split from top to bottom. PAIN! Root canal. Temporary crown while waiting for final crown. Expensive sandwich. Found bone fragments in two other sausages as well. They are good, but beware...

I purchased these Members Mark Beef Smoked Sausages for the first time and grilled them per the instructions. They were the best beef smoked sausages that I have eaten. good price at $11.98 for a packages of 12. Good texture and flavor. Although, I wish the package was divided into 2 packs of 6 or 3 packs of 4 so that I could freeze part of the 12 pack that I don't eat right away. Also wish the package was re-sealable. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of this product.

Brought them to a family cookout and most of my family raved about them. Sister criticized, but she doesn't like anything that I or anyone else brings. They have nice enough spice to have flavor and a bit of a kick, but not hot and spicy. I liked them a lot. Since I am successfully losing weight, I only ate one. They are quite high in calories and fat as are almost all sausages. We all paired our sausage with chicken breast and grilled vegetables. Very tasty. I would like to try a variety made from chicken.
