The sausages taste great! I cooked them on the grill and topped with provolone cheese, sautéed onions and banana peppers. I was very impressed by the minimal ingredient list and packaging. I plan on purchasing more for my family to enjoy. Thank you Members Mark!

We grilled these and were a welcome part of our encased meats smorgasboard. They were firm but not super chewy after we grilled them up. Very good and looking forward to enjoying again!

I slow cooked on grill and made a thick beef gravy with onion and mushrooms ,put sausage on a brioche bun topped with the beef onion mushroom gravy.So good next time Ill add cheese.Excellent product

Bought these about a month ago and shared with my neighbor's family since there were 12 in the package. they were so good she asked me to pick up more next time I went to Sam's, unfortunately they were already sold out! I keep looking!

We grilled this last weekend and used Members Mark Smoked Beef Sausage. They grilled up nicely and tasted great! We plan on using them to sauté with onions and peppers too! They have a great taste and good texture. We will buy these again!

Good flavor. Only slightly smoky, not overpowering. Casing had a good snap. Looking forward to trying these in a low country shrimp boil.

This smoked sausage has a very flavorful taste. Well seasoned. Casing is a little tougher than some other sausages. It was good grilled or pan fried for breakfast. Would buy again and eager to try the cheddar jalapeno.

I tried these sausages a few ways, grilled and pan seared. They were very chewy when pan seared and a little greasy. They are much better scored and grilled. MM beef sausage are a keeper and tasty addition for summer gatherings.

Tried the sausage grilled. There are pretty large hunks of fat in the sausage (very visible when cold) so there were a lot of flare ups. It also meant the sausages tasted a little greasy. They were also very salty, and the casing was very tough. The next night I tried it in red beans and rice. Again, it added a lot of grease to the dish. The taste of the sausages was pretty good, though.

While the sausage was spiced well, the interior texture was soft and mushy, as the beef was ground too finely. The casing was too thick and tough, and the grease caused large fl a flames on the grill.
