We looked for months for a grill that had everything we wanted all in one and we found it with this one!! The smoker worked perfectly and held a great even temperature. The grill heated and cooked evenly and it's easy to clean. It took us a couple of hours to assemble but not too bad for such a large grill. The only complaint was the packaging- we had a bent hinge on the pellet door, my husband was able to bend it back so no biggie but they could definitely do a better job with packaging. I would highly recommend this grill!!!

I purchased pellet/gas grill and had it shipped to my home . It took me a total of six hours to assemble it . I took my time and made sure it was done exactly as the instructions said . It came out just as you see it in the picture . I only needed the help of my neighbor to place the top on the cart . The quality was exceptional . I would put this up against any top brand on the market . It works as good as it looks .

Great pellet/gas grill combo works well on first two meals. Great for smoking meet. Takes a while to assemble, but it's not difficult.

All in one! It's big unit. I bought for my son . He wanted a Trager. But this has all the features. A regular propane grill, brazer and pellet smoker. The price is right! Assembly required!

First attempt at smoked turkey breast came out great and super easy. I thawed the breast and used some of Head Country BBQ Rub I had on the outside of the Turkey. I set the pellet side of the grill to the Smoke setting let it go about 1.5 hours, and then turned it up to 375° until it reached the internal temp of 165° on the meat probe (I think it was right at an hour). I let it set for about 10 minutes before slicing. The turkey breast came out cooked perfectly, and the flavor was fantastic! We'll be using this for turkey sandwiches and chilled on salads. Nice change of pace from burgers and steaks. The pellet grill part of this is super easy and everyone likes the results so far. I had always cooked on gas but did not have a lot of pellet experience before getting this grill. Had to share my first Turkey photo & Happy so far!

We have been looking for a smoker and saw this in the coupon book. We purchased and what a great buy. The smoker works great as does the propane side. You can't beat the price for having both grills in one combination. Took about 2 hours to put together. Easy instructions.

The first time the box arrived it was badly damaged to the point of needing to be replaced. But once we got it assembled it is really nice. Assembly is not insanely difficult but does require two people for a step or two. I do wish the smoker side was sealed better - will need to install extra seal for better smoke retention. Overall after a couple of weeks - looks great, works great.

After I assembled the grill I noticed a large dent on the pellet lid. I hope Sam's will replace that portion of the grill. The rest of the grill looks great.

Purchased in June 2019 already need to replace burners and other items on gas side. Rust on exterior stainless. Pellet side is not much better if you use it more than 8 hours for a large brisket alarm trips out. Spend the money and by a higher quality American made. Looking at replacement now.

As other reviews mentioned, smoker thermostat is not accurate. It takes a while to warm up. No easy ash cleanup for pellets. Gas side has so much flare up problem. I recognized drip tray is useless and a bunch off grease was all over back of grill and on floor. There is no hooks to hang utensils. Sadly, it took me hours to assemble just to find out some parts were damaged . I contacted customer service and received new parts to complete assembly and I'm so disappointed how it turned out to be. I will return it and I do not recommend it.
