The Ac power cord missing but in the quick setup guide that show me ac power cord include.but when I unpack I missing my Ac power cord , don't buy anything online to Walmart. Goto Amazon they little bit expensive but they full fill everything

Easy set up, print quality great, I did not need color printing just need to print out schedules and forms for me it is perfect and so much better quality wise than the epson I replaced. Also will not have to mortgage house to buy replacement ink.

This is my 2nd Brother 2300 printer. The first was struck by lightning or I'd still have it. It is SIMPLE and AWESOME! Uses Toner for all my documents with none of the hassle of colors. I LOVE THIS PRINTER!!! KEEP MAKING THEM!!

I bought this printer to print out letter, documents and other basic things. I got tired of using a printer that required so many different cartridges. With the color printer I was using in the past, it was requiring me to change all of them out just to be able to get it to work. I just wanted the simple black print.

I've had this printer for 5 months. Read thru the whole manual then set it up. Did 1 printing job and it was fine. Didn't touch it after that for an hour. Came back to print some more and it was like the printer forgot how to print. Over the next 2 months I spent most of my time uninstalling the Brothers drivers and software and then re-installing it all over again. When it did finally decide to print from then on I had to make sure it remembered settings. The feature that annoyed me the most was the printer's penchant for sleep. I had the setting put on as many minutes as I could and still it went to sleep. And waking it up was like getting a teenager to get out of bed. Sometimes the lights flashed and stayed lit. Maybe it was ready. Believe it or not, by the time I turned around, checked to be sure the settings were right it still managed to nap before it received the print job. Let me be clear. I bought a Brother laser printer and doing my research. I figured there was value in their products. I learned 2 things. I'll never buy another Brother product. And my next printer will not have a sleep feature. They claimed it was a power saving feature. In an odd sort of way they may be right. If you don't use the product I guess you could call that power saving. DO NOT buy this particular printer. NOT recommended.

Finally threw this away. Setup impossible. Does not come wit USB which is required for setup. Setup with Mac requires download. Still would not work. No customer service phone for help. Emailed them and got stock answer from website which I had already read several times. Bad bad experience. Would not buy Brother product again.
