This printer is misrepresented in its sales information on all the websites I looked at it on. The ink cartridge set it says it comes with is not a real set, but a fraction of regular cartridges intended only to get the purchaser through start-up. I consider this a $70 misrepresentation. In addition, it will not use other Brother MFC-J series computers. The person on the phone at brother support acknowledged that there is no difference between the cartridges except that they will not work in the 985DW. Same size, shape, everything.

I was skeptical that I could set this product up by myself without expert help, but it was easy-peasy. The display talked me through it and enabled me to connect to my wi-fi system. So far I have printed dozens of copies and not run out of ink. I am really impressed and would highly recommend this printer to friends.

Except for printi NH a little slowly, I like the ease of use.
