Very easy to learn to use and stingy on the ink. Easy to go to both or one sided print. Copying and Scanning is very easy to do. Haven't done the FAX. Great unit!!

After having comparable models from both Lexmark & Epson, I find the Brother a much more reliable and better functioning machine. I've only had it for two weeks but have no complaints to up to this point.

So far, it has been an excellent product. Everything works as it should. I had always used another popular brand of printer, but lately had grown dissatisfied. I bought my Brother based on glowing reviews and I have not been disappointed.

Excellent text quality and very good picture quality. The performance is better than expected for this price level printer. Would recommend to anyone look for a good all around inkjet printer.

Purchased the MFC-J985DW XL from Best Buy, brought it home and set it up within minutes it was connected to my wifi and working perfectly. I don't have a phone line so am not using the fax portion of the all-in-one printer,

This printer is the best one I have ever had. It has more features with a smaller footprint than any I have found. I have limited desk space, so this is important. It is so efficient on ink, it is amazing!

This printer was very easy to set up and very easy to use. I love having the ability to print on 2 sides to save paper. So far, the ink cartridges have not needed to be changed. Far more use than my old one.

The quality of this unit is excellent with great scanning and printing clarity. It has a decent paper tray capacity, but the print quality is what makes this unit stand out.

Worked perfect the first couple of months. Now it will keep printing the same job multiple times unless unplugged. Will also be stuck on receiving data, than 20 minutes later will print your job. Have only had maybe 3 months.

The printer is fine. However, it reports papaer jams unnecessarily, when there is no paper jam. Also, if the paper is the slightest bit " shiny", the paper jams.
