I absolutely love the Sonoma pepperoni pizza crisps, but can understand how some people might not. I enjoy Parmesan crisps a lot, and these are the same, just with more flavor. You can snack on them, or even put them on a salad in place of croutons. They are crispy, with a great pizza flavoring.

The texture is light, airy, and super crunchy, which makes them easy to keep snacking. I also love that they’re high in protein , which makes them feel a little more filling than regular chips. I had high hopes for these, but they weren’t that great. They have a very strong spice taste (slightly spicy) and not a very strong cheese taste. I would rather just a cheese taste. They are nice and crispy, though, and the bag is a good size! They just don’t have the type of flavor I was hoping for.

It does taste like crispy pepperoni with mozzarella that's been baked. It has about 320mg calcium and 380mg of sodium, so it does taste a little saltier than many other types of chips. Overall, it does taste good.

I tried these on two different occasions. First I tried them as a snack with a sandwich. Then the second time I tried them just by themselves. I was not pleased either time. I love pepperoni and cheese but these just taste like stale crackers and aged cheese. The flavor just wasn’t good.
