My husband and I were so looking forward to having cookies for dessert tonight. We were deciding between toll house and pilsbury scoop and bake and after a little coxing, I convinced my husband to get the Pillsbury against his wishes. I informed my husband that these are always the ones I get because they are the best! Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was a new recipe. I wish we went with the toll house.... this new recipe is awful. I do not understand why pilsbury would want to change their scrumptious chocolate chips! I will not buy them again. I am actually a little heart broken that I will never be able to taste my favorite cookies again.

Meh at best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great option if you don't have time to prepare cookies from scratch or as an impulse buy. The ingredients are terrible for the human body and are not something that any remotely health conscious person should ever consume, however. The amount of seed oils, additives, synthetic flavors and sugar are abhorrent in any of these commercially produced products. If you want to indulge in cookies, do yourself a favor and bake from scratch.

One of my major food groups-chocolate chip cookies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Warm, chocolate, soft and delicious is the only way to describe these chocolate chip treats! The fact that they are quick, easy to bake and leaves no messy clean up puts them at the top of charts for a family dessert. Cost effective too if you have a lot of cookie monsters to feed!

Delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you don't have time to home make chocolate chip cookies, these are a perfect substitute! Take them out of the oven about a min or so before the time on the package indicates. This will leave them a little doughy, but once they cool completely, you'll have soft cookies!

Simply delicious and non-messy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly enjoyed using this dough, preparing it was a breeze. My family has a recipe where we use cookie dough has a base for our brownies, it's delicious. I would definitely recommend it. It seems like the edges of the brownies were softer with this dough.

Our attempt to make the white chocolate macadamia nut version of these cookies was completely unsuccessful.  The oven was preheated to 350 and the cookies properly prepared.  After 18 minutes, they were clearly not done - shiny and squishy.  After 30 minutes they looked unchanged, but we took them out and discovered that the white chunks weren't really melted, and were surrounded with raw, melted dough.  The cookie was hollow underneath, like a mushroom, except for the glop of white chocolate and raw dough.  The expiration date was seven weeks in the future, the oven is a modern and  reliable Aga, and we live at sea level, so not sure what went wrong.  My wife is a very experienced baker just looking for a Super Bowl prep shortcut. Cookies made from scratch don't have these problems, so no more packaged experiments for us.

Cookie Monster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cookies are to die for. My family fights over how many each person gets. It always works out to my favor since I'm the dad and I brought them. If you are looking for an evening snack these cookies are it point blank period.

Here's a link from General Mills with allergen info, though allergist has advised to check "every label, every time"https://www.generalmills.com/en/Brands/Baking/pillsbury/brand-product-listThis is good dough; trick for great baking with it-use scoop, place dough on baking sheet and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes before baking; come out softer and helps keep them from flattening.

BEST COOKIE DOUGH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compare to other cookie dough, pillsbury is the softest and better tasting cookie. When they're ready to eat they so crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, nothing better for a chocolate chip cookie.

Don't purchase the taste isn't that good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't really like them, I didn't care for the taste, they were easy to just open and bake, but they didn't just come apart as they say I have to use a knife to cut them before I could bake them. I only bought 1 package and I won't buy any more
