Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would definitely recommend this product. These are very easy and fun to make with small children. The best part is that you don't have to worry when they try to eat some of the dough since it is safe to eat raw. The end result is always fun to eat as well and as always, they taste amazing! We like to keep different varieties of these in the freezer for when we feel like baking.

Literally not sure how all these reviews are bad, and with the degree of which the user explains how bad makes you believe that the new cookie dough recipe has offended both themselves and their family. Obvious plants or people just looking for an argument to fill their day. This product is great! I've had these cookies since i was young and even with the new recipe the taste remains solid and familiar. Sure it's change a bit, but so has literally every other food product on the market. I appreciate items like this for people like me who are not cooking inclined. If you don't like it, stop being lazy and go home brew your own dough.

My God! What have you guys done. Would have rated 0 out of 5 if I had the option.  My family here in Puerto Rico have been 100% loyal customers to your original product for over 17 years in the and now we cannot simply eat a single cookie.  This was the only cookie dough we always purchased because over the years the quality was always consistent. This new formula is disgusting. You completely changed our favorite cookies which we used to buy 2 packs per week. Now we are not going to buy them anymore. The new formula is disgusting. The flavor, texture, quality, and after taste is not good. Please go back to the original formula. We miss eating our favorite chocolate chips for dessert.  Thank you

Pillsbury Ready To Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very delicious cookies. They bake up soft , moist but with just a crust crunch. I which the calories could be reduced so you could eat more than 1-3 at a time :-) But they are for the grandkids!!! RIGHT?? Well mostly. Way to go Pillsbury

Grandma's surprise cookies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quick easy way to make fresh chocolate chip cookies. Nice warm cookies with milk for a quick snack. Also like to keep them around when the grand kids are over. Always fresh and I keep more in the frig almost all the time.

We love Pillsbury cookies, but this dough is NASTY.  The kids were so excited to get fresh baked cookies for a treat, but gagged on these.  They got hard fast, tasted very cake-like, and the chocolate tasted like the off-brand gold foil coins that you get in a road side stand Easter Basket.  Not that I've had a bunch of that.  I have never been so disappointed in a product that I've felt the need to leave a bad review, but here's my first.  Oh yes, I'll be filling out the form for the money back too.

I love this new recipe! I think the new generation will accept it because we are trying to pick items that aren't as overly processed and tainted with chemicals/fake sugars/flavorings. I appreciate that Pillsbury is trying to be more considerate about the health of their customers. Just like everyone else I love to indulge my sweet tooth every now and then, but I also like knowing that if I eat a cookie I am a picking a slightly healthier version in the process.

My family used to bake these cookies EVERY night and had them with milk.  It is so upsetting that the recipe was changed.  We do not like these anymore.  There are no where as good as the original! We have had to switch to Tollhouse which is not as good as the original Pillsbury.  PLEASE change back!
