Bought 50 of these lights to use around the shop; half of them stopped working in less then a year. Called Honeywell at 877-723-0723, talked to Crystal. She gave me a text line to text my receipts to and what was needed. I did that on Nov 16 2022, it is Feb 20 2023, STILL NO LIGHTS. Getting the run around, started at 8 weeks, went to 12, then they was closed due to weather, then they are under staffed and every other excuse you can think of. Called again today, asking for a refund since they still don't have tracking on my lights, all Crystal could say is she sent an email but couldn't give me a name or number of someone above her. I asked her if I needed to go another route of filing with the BBB to get some things moving, she advised me that she understands and see why I would Feel that way. She continued to say she would send another email in the morning. DO NOT GET THESE!!!! You will be upset and they do NOT stand by their warranty.

Purchased a bunch of these for office and warehouse. Start out great, then after a short time they begin blinking The blinking becomes more often until they quit. Almost everyone has gone this route. There is a flaw in these lights, do not buy. They claim a 5 year warranty, will keep you posted.

Bought these for my wifes store and been open around 3yrs I pit 10 lights in and have been replaces these lights ever since they last around 1yr and they out and the store lights are only on through the day, so save your boxes because not if your going to return them but when your going to need them for warrenty.

The light lasted nearly a year. I called Honeywell customer service and they happily agreed to send me a replacement for the light that died. That was the middle of October 2022. Several calls later and several promises of prioritizing the sending of the light still no light. For a $20 light I wasted too much time on hold and listening to their promises and excuses so on my last phone call in middle March 2023 I told them to forget about it. Supposedly always on back order but yet there has been no shortage of them on the Sam's website. What's worse; a company that says they won't honor their warranty or a company that says they will and never follows through?

I bought 9 for my garage in 2021 and have had flickering sections of some of the LED lights for about 6 months. This past month two have failed and a third has two sections of LED lights out. Also, sections of the LED strips have come loose and are sagging in the plastic tubes. A 33% failure rate is a pretty poor number and a company can't stay in business for very long at that rate.

Terrible!! I bought 12 to hang in my garage. One went out a few moths in. 4 more went dim or completely out about a year or so later. I have returned the bad lights and bought new replacements with same same brand and model. 5 of the 12 are now dim or out. One of the new ones is now dim. No bueno

I got the lights about 10 months ago and 1 went bad. I called the customer support number for the 5 year warranty. No one answered phone because of Covid shutdown but the message gave me an email address which I sent an email to. Got an answer that I would be put on a list because it was backordered. Now I see that Sam's Club has the lights in the store again but still no replacement light sent to me. Don't count on the customer support.

Bought 4 of these Honeywell lights and after a year I'm having issues with them. They flicker on and off at their own leisure. Sometimes will stay off for 30 mins then automatically turn on, then back off for another 5 minutes. Don't understand why they do this. Its 2 of the 4 that I'm having issues with. Going though Honeywell and their customer support for replacement and they are on backorder and don't know when they can get new lights. 877-723-0723

I had one fail, like many people, and contacted the company in April. I sent them all the proof they asked for and they said they would replace it when it came off back order. That was April. I checked with the same person for an update every month until giving up in November. I'm sure Sams Club sold thousands of these lights over the last 7 months while they were on back order. Buyer beware, many of these will fail before the “warranty” expires. I'll be more than happy to update you all when they are off “back order” and I get a replacement light. Don't hold your breath.

Purchased 7 of these lights for my garage in 2020. As of today, only 2 are working. There is a 5 year warranty on them but you have to find proof of purchase. I've been a member since 2002 however, I can only go back to 2021. Save your time and money!
