I have used Theraworx for many years. I don't apply it per the directions before I go to bed or twice daily, because I don't get foot and/or leg cramps very often. But when I am awakened by cramps that don't go away after I hobble out of bed, I apply Theraworx to the affected muscles and usually within less than 15 minutes the cramps are gone and I can go back to sleep. Nothing else I have tried in the past comes close to relieving foot and leg cramps like this does.

I ordered this product abot 2 months ago and started using it immediately. I had such bad cramps in my thigh, calf of my leg and ankle (left) until it was extremely painful to walk. Theraworx worked immediately the first time I used it. The second time was even better and now I have no more problems with that leg. Now I use it on my arms in the upper muscle part. It worksd and lets me comb my hair. I am very impressed. Thank you!!
