I'll be honest, I was pessimistic but my sleep is routinely interrupted by miserable late night feet and calf cramps so I was willing to try anything. It works! At the start of the cramps, I just massaged it in and was surprisingly able to quickly go back to sleep! I'm a believer.

I purchased this about a month ago skeptically but was willing to try if it would relieve the cramps in my lower legs that would wake me and I would literally have to get out of bed and walk them off. Since using Theraworx at bedtime, I have had no leg cramps.
