[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband happened to have a terrible cramp in his shoulder/neck area the day after I received the foam. Perfect time to test it. He did not find much of any improvement after the first use, but noted a slight bit of relief the second time he tried it, about 8 hours later for the lingering muscle soreness. I would like to try it again, maybe on a leg cramp to see if it may work better in that area.

I used to wake up in the middle of the night with leg cramps so bad that I had to get up and walk around. I would even get cramps in my feet and toes. Since using this product, I haven't had any leg cramps or muscle tightness! I absolutely love this!

I think it mostly works but find it hard to apply, especially if experiencing a leg cramp in the middle of the night. Now the sprayer is not working and having to try and figure out how to apply without wasting too much of it. I see they now have a foam option and I will try that.

I have been using the muscle and cramp relief for a long time....even before it was available in stores. I have had nothing that relives the cramps better than theraworx. Got my mother-in-law to use it and my 2 sisters. I also use the joint discomfort and inflammation relief. I had the cortisone shot for my knee and physical therapy with no relief. I had the 3 gel shots and saw the ad for this product and sent for it. I think the theraworx did more good than any of the things the doctor tried. I have tried a number of these products and they may last an hour but theraworx lasts all day. I hope my medicine cabinet is never without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it for pain behind my knee where my leg was aching, and it felt better. Tried to use it on my back, but didn't notice much difference. The foam being quite wet allows a lot of massaging to the area without friction. Has healthy ingredients.

Unlike a lot of other creams and patches that I've tried, this foam is very lightweight, absorbs quickly, and has very little smell to it. The quicker you rub it in, the faster it works! Even though I found myself constantly reapplying this, I'd still recommend it because of consistent relief and that it's also safe to use on children.

It provided instant relief but required multiple applications. I had no skin irritations but my neighbor used it and felt minor irritation This product would be useful for skiing or hiking.
