I often take epsom salt baths to relieve soreness and cramping--but baths are not always feasible or convenient. So, it is nice to have a product designed to help relieve muscle cramping. I sometimes get cramps in my feet--either when exercising or when sleeping and since using this product they have decreased greatly. I am really impressed. with how effective it is! You shake the bottle and the foam pumps out. It is easy to rub into skin. It has a minor scent but I cannot place it--its not good or bad, but its not strong. This product contains magnesium sulfate. If you have problems with leg cramping and muscle soreness, you may find this an easy way to help alleviate your troubles.

Now you will have to reapply it after about 4-5 hours (with me I had to do that because I have nerve damage). Also, the smell was not bad it was not strong. I would use this product again.

I have been using homemade remedies, taking pills, and literally standing on my head to alleviate the cramps. Nothing seems to help, especially during the middle of the night when they usually hit. That is until I applied Theraworx to my legs when the cramps usually hit at 2am. Thank you so much for developing this product. Its a foam, so I apply it to my lower legs, and the cramps are gone within minutes. Off to beddy bye I go, but could not do this until I started using Theraworx. I was having such pain in hips n back. I applied it 4 different times in a day . Non greasy n didn't stink. Easy to wash off your hands too. This is thumbs up for muscle aches n spasms. Quick and easy to use and easy to take w. on long trips. Total thumbs up

I followed the instructions and I'll have to say the smell is pretty strong the application was easy but it took a lot to apply it worked kinda sorta you felt more of a menthol feeling then anything. I'm still mixed with feeling if I recommend this to anyone

It is a com pump which makes it easy to apply and the smell is pretty nice. We will definitely continue using it for their legs, I just wish we had discovered it sooner!

I have a lot of problems with my neck and shoulders hurting and this product is a real life saver. I apply it and it starts to work. I also love that it does not have a horrible smell to it either. I actually do not smell anything from it. I would recommend this product.

I tried this before I go to bed and do not get the leg cramps I was experiencing. I tried it on my back this morning and to my surprise it took the pain out of my lower back Works really great .

I have to admit that I was skeptical of something that contain only magnesium being effective for muscle soreness, even though I have heard that magnesium taken in an oral form, can be effective for pain.
