No Foam
I was very happy with the Theraworx foam dispenser until I used it and left it for 3-4 weeks. When I needed it again there was no foam. A watery fluid came out when I expected foam. What went wrong?
Hello, Each time you use the foam it should be shake a few times before dispensing. The other suggestion is pumping the bottle quickly. if you pump it slowly it won't foam as expected. I hope these suggestions help. Please don't hesitate to reach out for more information. Regards, Customer Support
It Works!
I was skeptical but desperate. And I had to apply it many times, but it does work if you persist! And I was finally able to sleep! Have had so many miserable nights with muscle cramps. So glad I tried it!
Not impressed
I've been using this for about two weeks now, every day, twice a day, and I still get sever muscle cramps in my legs and ankles. I don't know how long you have to use it before the cramps stop, but two weeks isn't enough time.
We are very sorry Theraworx Relief did not meet your expectations. Can you tell us a little more about your symptoms and how you are using Theraworx Relief? That might help us determine why it didn’t work for you. For instance: Are you using it with another cream or rub? The other products can act as a “barrier” to our formula, blocking its effectiveness. Many of our customers who have nighttime muscle cramps, muscle spasms, or symptoms associated with restless leg syndrome are able to prevent these events when they use Theraworx Relief twice daily (in the morning and before bedtime). If they also experience symptoms during the day, they find that using Theraworx Relief three times a day works best. (For me, I use 5 to 6 pumps, let it dry, then apply again) For fast-acting relief, many of our customers experience best results when they apply Theraworx Relief as soon as they feel symptoms coming on. It’s also best to apply it over the entire area—not just the affected spot. For example, if you have a muscle cramp at the top of your calf, apply Theraworx Relief over the entire calf muscle, not just the top. We’ve also received feedback that it helps to massage Theraworx Relief in with a little bit of pressure, and rub it in until it’s completely dry. If you’d like to give Theraworx Relief another try, we’d love to hear about your results!

I bought this about a month ago and both my wife and I are impressed with this product. I couldn't imagine there being an instant fix for muscle cramps. Works great!!
Night Leg Cramps
When I purchased Theraworx I thought when I got that occasional leg cramp in the middle of the night would go away immediately after two applications. Then I tried three applications. Still didnt work. I wasted my money.
Hi there. We are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing cramps. Please consider these tips and tricks on how to help your experience with Theraworx Relief... You may need to consider more dosage and/or frequency. (For me, I use 5 to 6 pumps, let it dry, then apply again) When you apply the product, please include the full muscle group, not just the typical point of cramping. For example, with your thigh, apply from the knee all the way to your hip/groin to cover the full length and breadth of the 4 parts of the quadriceps. Consider if you use other creams or lotions at the same time; they can act as barriers to our product working (even moisturizers, things like that)...something to be aware of. I have best results applying after a shower to dried, "clean" skin on my calves. We also recommend giving a little bit of "massage pressure" as you're applying the product. Keep rubbing it in until it is almost dry. Another point to keep in mind...wait for the product to dry before getting in bed, or putting on clothes...we've discovered that the fabric might be soaking up the product off the skin, reducing its effectiveness. Please don't hesitate to reach out for more information. Regards, Customer Support
Don't believe the hype
Tried Theraworks for one week. It did not have any affect for the first 2 days. I felt it probably took several days to see any relief. I gave it a week after the first 2 days. Result... Nothing. Don't waste your money.

Cramped my pocket
I bought this months ago, because my other half and I suffer from leg cramps on occasion. It didn't work for either of us, followed the directions word by word. What a waste of money? Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Worthless product!!
I bought this recently and it absolutely does nothing for the muscle spasms in my legs. Also, I hadn't had a cramp in my leg for 6 months and in less than a week of using this I had a leg cramp in the night. Waste of money!!!
A couple of questions: - Do you use other creams or lotions? - Do you take medications that might have cramping as a side effect? Any other info you care to provide might help us research how to get it working for you. The reason I ask about the "other creams or lotions" is that they can act as barriers to our product working (even moisturizers, things like that)…just something to be aware of. I have best results applying after a shower to dried, "clean" skin on my calves. Some more information that may help you out: To prevent cramps and spasms, apply liberally to the typically affected muscle group(s) prior to when they typically occur (for example, before going to sleep if you suffer nightly). The typical dosage is 2-4 pumps per muscle group, but some users may require another pump or two to get full coverage. (For me, I use 5 to 6 pumps, let it dry, then apply again) When you apply the product, please include the full muscle group, not just the typical point of cramping. For example, with your calf, apply from the back of the knee and all the way to your ankle to cover the full length of the calf muscle. We also recommend giving a little bit of "massage pressure" as you're applying the product. Keep rubbing it in until it is almost dry. Another new point to keep in mind...wait for the product to dry before getting in bed, or putting on clothes...we've discovered that the fabric might be soaking up the product off the skin, reducing its effectiveness.
