Not sure if the product stops the cramping or the rubbing. The cramping does stop.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I love it because me muse being in 4 high school sports I cramp in legs ,feet, and arms and this has been the only thing so far that has worked for me and I even recommend it and let my coach use it and we now have it in our med kit for football for everyone to use and everyone loves it

I have had leg cramps for years. I tried about everything I could get my hands on but theraworx is the best product I have ever used. It wasn't only my legs but feet and back. I've suffered with foot and leg cramps to various degrees all my lofr. This is the first and only thing that has worked. It truly is amazing. A friend badly sprained an ankle recently and got huge relief from the pain and swelling from Theraworxx. Believe the hyoe. It works. Just wish it were easier to find in retail outlets. But maybe they just can't keep it in stock!

I get severe cramps in my thighs that hurt so bad I scream in pain. They immobilize me. I also get cramps in my feet and ankles, Theraworx is a miracIe medicine. I rub the foam on for two to three minutes and the cramps go away. Theraworx works wonders!

I've been using this, as a cramp preventive, for about three weeks now. I typically got an EXCRUCIATING (as in screaming in agony) cramp at least once or twice a week, at night or in the early morning, in one of my calves. Since I started using Theraworx Relief, I've only had one cramp, and it was very mild and didn't last long. I won't go into my health issues it's too long. But I have not been able to use my shoulders or walk through the house without terrible pain. This was my last product. I put it on my shoulders first and for months I have suffered and this worked in only a few minutes after a week of using it I can use both of my arms.
