I have had terrible problems with muscle cramps at night, they wake me up and take forever to go away no matter what I do. I read about this product and bought it Saturday, used it that night before bed and again on Sunday night. I've had two nights free of leg cramps. I am so happy with this product and plan to always have it on hand.

I'm a 64 year old guy that hasn't given up competing in basketball. I play year round and usually 3-4 times a week. The only reason I have considered quitting is because the muscle cramps I would get after truly competitive series of games. I would star getting cramps a short timeframe afterwards and would be in extreme pain for several minutes at a time and this simetimes went on for several hours. Well, I played in a 3v3 tourney, which we came in third,, but later that evening (August 2nd, 2019) I screamed out in pain with a charley horse in my thigh and was just trying to get in a position of least pain and wait for it to subside. But this time my wife had been out shopping and purchased a bottle of Theraworks. When she told me about it, while still in extreme pain, my initial statement to her was, how much did you waste on that, because nothing ever seemed to help, other than time and waiting for it to subside. Well, she grabbed the bottle, shook it for a second or to and applied it. Within just a couple seconds, the pain was gone. I did get another charley-horse in calf later that night while sleeping, but I had put the bottle of Theraworks on the nightstand. I reached for it, applied a small amount and I was pain free. Anytime in the future, this little bottle will be with me anytime after playing. YES, I recommend this product and have never got on a company's website and recommended there product, but I guess when you find something that works as good as this does, you have to let others know. Dear THERAWORX relief, I have to tell you how wonderful it is to have a product that really works. For a long time I have suffered with painful leg cramps at night. I tried so many different balms, lotions, oils and creams. I loaded up on Magnesium and Potassium and buckets of water and nothing ever STOPPED the cramp when I was having one. The one method I found to help me was getting into the shower and blast my legs with ice cold water! Not easy to do when one is cramping so bad I could cry, but it worked eventually. From the very FIRST time I used this product it REALLY worked! in less than 5 minutes, the time it would take me to endure the pain of the cramp before I could get up. The cramp was subsiding and eventually gone! It was a miracle! I even had a real severe cramp one night and 5 minutes it was gone! Mind you I put on three coats or so, but hey the cramp was GONE! Now I use it everywhere I have ache or pain, my shoulder, neck, hips, and feet, there is no area it cannot help! Amazing! What a blessing to have this product, I have now taken to using THERAWORX before I go to bed and I believe it has helped a lot to prevent the cramping. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from muscle cramps quite often. Let me tell you, they are horrible. I get them on my legs the most. Sometimes they wake me from my sleep. I've tried many creams and lotions, but most have such a strong scent that is hard to get rid of. Theraworx doesn't smell strong. It actually has a light scent that's barely noticeable. The question is, "Does it work?" I've been using it a little over 2 weeks now and I have yet to get muscle cramp. I'm quite impressed. I apply 4 pumps before bedtime and that's it. I love how it's foam vs cream or lotions. The 1 ingredient that I noticed it has is colloidal silver and it's great for several things (has anti-inflammatory properties and antibacterial). It's also very lightweight and nongreasy. The best part though, it is working for me. Although we all may have different results, it's definitely worth trying.

Recently I suffered from the equivalent of trigger finger from hours of repetetive motion at work. Only it happened to my thumb. It would lock in position. The swelling, burning sensation and pain were unbearable at times. One day my daughter came home and said I got you something. I looked at the Theraworx bottle and figured just another product for swelling and inflamation. However since she purchased it I gave it a try. I can no longer take an anti inflammatory medication. Instead, I use Theraworx to eliminate intense leg cramps and hand cramps. Nightly, before bed I rub Theraworx on both sides of my feet, ankles, legs to above my knees, end by massaging my hands. When sleeping, I never experience any cramps, pain, nothing. I use Theraworx as needed throughout the day. I keep a can in my car's glove box and on my night stand. Theraworx is an unbelievable effective over the counter medication. Theraworx was initially recommended by my Pharmacist. A 5-star medication.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used magnesium sulfate sprays in the past for muscle pain relief but this was the first foam type formula I have used and I now prefer it! I find that being able to pump the bottle a couple times and rubbing in the foam provides quicker relief than some sprays I have used. The scent is light and doesn't last long so that is nice for anyone wanting no fragrance. I have been applying it at night to my legs specifically, but also to my arms and wrists.
