Hi there! If you decide to give Theraworx Relief another try and see why so many people say that it is changing their lives for the better, here are some tips on how to use it... You may need to consider more dosage and/or frequency. (For me, I use 5 to 6 pumps, let it dry, then apply again) When you apply the product, please include the full muscle group, not just the typical point of cramping. For example, with your thigh, apply from the knee all the way to your hip/groin to cover the full length and breadth of the 4 parts of the quadriceps. Consider if you use other creams or lotions at the same time; they can act as barriers to our product working (even moisturizers, things like that)...something to be aware of. I have best results applying after a shower to dried, "clean" skin on my calves. We also recommend giving a little bit of "massage pressure" as you're applying the product. Keep rubbing it in until it is almost dry. Another point to keep in mind...wait for the product to dry before getting in bed, or putting on clothes...we've discovered that the fabric might be soaking up the product off the skin, reducing its effectiveness. Please don't hesitate to reach out for more information.

Not so happy with the product.

It does not stop the leg cramps all together. I do not have the severe leg cramps as much as before i tried this product. i still get cramps even after applyoing 2 pumps and then 2 more pumps as directed on the bottle.

Some folks require more dosage/frequency...you might try 4 to 6 pumps, apply and let fully dry, then apply a second coat and see if that helps. Here's a full block of info I send to others that has some more helpful tips: A couple of questions: - Do you use other creams or lotions? - Do you take medications that might have cramping as a side effect? Any other info you care to provide might help us research how to get it working for you. The reason I ask about the "other creams or lotions" is that they can act as barriers to our product working (even moisturizers, things like that)…just something to be aware of. I have best results applying after a shower to dried, "clean" skin on my calves. Some more information that may help you out: To prevent cramps and spasms, apply liberally to the typically affected muscle group(s) prior to when they typically occur (for example, before going to sleep if you suffer nightly). The typical dosage is 2-4 pumps per muscle group, but some users may require another pump or two to get full coverage. (For me, I use 5 to 6 pumps, let it dry, then apply again) When you apply the product, please include the full muscle group, not just the typical point of cramping. For example, with your calf, apply from the back of the knee and all the way to your ankle to cover the full length of the calf muscle. We also recommend giving a little bit of "massage pressure" as you're applying the product. Keep rubbing it in until it is almost dry. Another new point to keep in mind...wait for the product to dry before getting in bed, or putting on clothes...we've discovered that the fabric might be soaking up the product off the skin, reducing its effectiveness.
