Hi there! We are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing leg cramps. We wanted to provide you with some tips on how to use Theraworx Relief to help your experience... You may need to consider more dosage and/or frequency. (For me, I use 5 to 6 pumps, let it dry, then apply again) When you apply the product, please include the full muscle group, not just the typical point of cramping. For example, with your thigh, apply from the knee all the way to your hip/groin to cover the full length and breadth of the 4 parts of the quadriceps. Consider if you use other creams or lotions at the same time; they can act as barriers to our product working (even moisturizers, things like that)...something to be aware of. I have best results applying after a shower to dried, "clean" skin on my calves. We also recommend giving a little bit of "massage pressure" as you're applying the product. Keep rubbing it in until it is almost dry. Another point to keep in mind...wait for the product to dry before getting in bed, or putting on clothes...we've discovered that the fabric might be soaking up the product off the skin, reducing its effectiveness. Please don't hesitate to reach out for more information.

It eventually works

I get cramps from my shins down. Had a chance to use it for the first time the other night and it doesn't work quite as fast as the commercial says. My cramps didn't go away for about 15 minutes which is when they would have without theraworx. The only difference is the cramps didn't return like normal. I can only passively recommend the product.

not quite up to expectations

While it does help with the minor cramps in my legs and feet, it did not meet my expectations on those that make me jump out of bed to try to release the pain. I had hoped this would be the answer to my prayers. It does help some, but not what I anticipated.

Here's a tip to help with prevention we've shared with a few others to try: If you regularly get cramps, try applying 2 "coats" before the event when you normally get them. For example, if during nighttime sleep...apply prior to going to bed, allowing it to fully dry before putting on pajamas and/or getting into bed (cloth/sheets will soak up the formula from your skin). Hopefully, you'll have success in preventing the cramp(s)!

Product Unsuccessful

Sadly upon receiving the product I immediately started using it for the leg cramps I experience at night. I was very hopeful but unfortunately this product did not work for me. I used it consistently thinking maybe it needed to build up in my system but to no avail it did not work. But that doesn't mean it wouldn't work for others. This is only my experience.

Theraworx Relief foam works!

Purchased Theraworx Relief Foam for my wife as she would occasionally suffer night leg cramps while sleeping. In the month that she's used the product we've not had any such cramp attacks. We're guessing that the foam works and will continue to use the product. No sense of heat or smell but are thankful for the relief.

RELIEF!!!!!

I have suffered with foot and leg cramps for 50 years. This has gotten worse in the past years with the addition of high blood pressure drugs. Thanks for advising to use Theraworx twice a day, I was only using once, now I am feeling some relief and can only hope the night time pain will disappear in the near future. Thank you.

Not for deep cramping

I wanted Theraworx to be the cure for my deep muscle cramping, it wasn't. I have terrible cramping after getting cortisone shots in a few joints. Rubbing Theraworx on my legs, feet & toes doesn't take care of these cortisone induced cramps. I did like it for minor cramping.

Found a Good Product

I was hesitant that Theraworx would help reduce my leg cramps, as nothing else had. After the first dose I notice a significant reduction in my nightly leg cramps. I've been using thr product nightly and found it to be a very reliable medication I rely on.

Great product

I have been using this every night on my right leg. My leg wakes me up in pain every night. But since I have been using this it's helped my leg cramp. But my leg was cramping this morn but not last night. I would say it's good stuff if you use it every night.

A Mixed report

I purchased this about a month ago and am uncertain whether I will purchase this product again. The bad news is after faithful nightly application on my feet and both legs the products has not prevented my nightly cramps, The hopeful news is the product seems to ameliorate the cramps applied soon after they start.
