I'm 93 yrs old; have had leg cramps since I was in my early 30's. Attributed them to being in a decked fiberglass racing canoe w/legs under me, paddling down wild rivers every weekend with my husband in the stern of the boat and me in the bow. Since we only did this spring, summer, and fall, mostly - that never explained the other times. My doctor was not helpful either. Tried everything, so why not Theraworx? Rest is history.

I bought this about a month ago, used it every day since, for the first 2 weeks absolutely no cramps, then the last week cramps every night again. I have sever cramps in my feet that spreds my toes far apart or tosses them ontop of each other. This helps, but it has not totally gotten rid of these types of cramps.

I purchased this in Oct 2017 because my husband wakes up at night almost in tears from the leg cramps he gets. You can watch his muscle in the top part of his leg rolling. It's awful. I thought it was worth a try. So far I think it has helped him. On nights where he feels his legs trying to cramp we will rub his legs down before he goes to bed and for the most part those nights he seems to sleep without cramps.

I have been using this every night on my right leg. My leg wakes me up in pain every night. But since I have been using this it's helped my leg cramp. But my leg was cramping this morn but not last night. I would say it's good stuff if you use it every night.

Purchased Theraworx Relief Foam for my wife as she would occasionally suffer night leg cramps while sleeping. In the month that she's used the product we've not had any such cramp attacks. We're guessing that the foam works and will continue to use the product. No sense of heat or smell but are thankful for the relief.

Theraworx did nothing for my muscle cramps. I ordered one online as soon as I heard about the product. The next day I was in the CVS drugstore and a saw it there so I bought one immediately while I was waiting for my online order to arrive. Sadly, the product didn't work for me so now the one I ordered online sitting in the box in my closet and I still have some left in the bottle I bought from the drugstore.

This review is written in behalf of my wife who has MS and has a problem with cramps, especially in her legs when she is very active or sits still for too long a time. I spotted this product (Theraworx foam) back in spring of 2018. I was especially keen on finding such a product because we were trying to plan a trip for our 50th wedding anniversary but were concerned that the long trecks in a car would result in too many cramp episodes and make the car trip impossible. So we gave Theraworx foam a try and found that it works quite well. So well in fact that we toured Idaho and Montana in a rented car for eleven days straight. We actually covered 2,500 miles in that time span with many hours spent riding in our rental car and had a very memorable tour. Many thanks to Theraworx!! We cannot recommend this product too highly.

I bought one bottle about 3 weeks ago. I have a neurological condition that causes spasms & cramping in my legs, especially th lower legs. I did not expect any relief, since nothing has helped so far. As skeptical as I was, I believe my symptoms to be better since applying this morning & night. Less really painful days & shorter periods of pain. I am definetly ordering more!

Unfortunately, this product did not work as well as I had hoped. I am subject to leg and foot cramps in the night, so I put the product right next to my bed and used it as soon as a cramp began. There was no initial relief. After I rubbed the product in and kept rubbing for some time, there was a little relief. To get rid of the cramp entirely, however, I had to stand up and walk around. I will use up the rest of the bottle, but will not buy another.

I have used this product both before getting cramps and after getting cramps. I find it is much more effective to put it on an hour before going to bed. I have not been using it long but whenever I have a plied it before going to bed I did not experience any leg cramps.
