I was very lucky to both get a day one order on sep 16th preorder and release day delivery. Now that I have it I just love it. Super smooth menus and options games feel the same way. The controller last for a long time and is amazing new functions. If you can get one I very much recommend it. Playstation has done it again and i don't think there done. More to come.

This console is amazing and let me tell you guys, if you have enough money to buy this console, buy yourself a tv as well because WOW the graphics on everything just looks too darn beautiful <3 Ps: its as big and heavy as a computer tower but worth it all the way, i was also told i was getting this 2 weeks after i order it and i legit got it 4 days later. Walmart, you have outdone yourself <3 just wish fedex would have been more careful with the box

I managed to grab one on the day of release for my boyfriend and I agree with some of the other reviews it is definitely easier to get one off the Walmart app and have your payment saved because it was just a matter of a few clicks. I tried via the website but of course due to demand of this console it crashed every single time. I got the system faster than I expected it originally said 11/27 and it arrived today. Another heads up for people who might be concerned like me the box was delivered in a plain cardboard box with the PS5 in it's marked packaging inside. The box had no indication that it had the system inside. I'm just glad FedEx didn't mess this delivery up and my boyfriend is extremely happy to have this early Christmas gift

Console is giid

I love this console!!! The SSD makes this thing start up incredibly fast. I also like how the controller feels. I will say that I wish Walmart would have put some measures in so people who actually play can buy them (Rather than the people who buy them to make a profit). I was a bit worried when it arrived since there was no padding inside the box and the PS5 box was a bit damaged on one corner.

This is a great console overall, the performance, the look, the dual sense is definitely a next-gen controller, I would love to see a smaller version of it because this is actually a big device. I bought the digital version but got upgraded for free and I feel grateful bc there is a 100 bucks gap between versions but it increments the volume which I am not such a fan of.

This is probably a great console and deserves the hype but there really needs to be a system like captcha and like a small questioning on it so that the rate of bots drops significantly. I mean it's be so bad I had it in my cart and even pressed place order and it even showed when it will arrive and it still denied me. I mean I don't wanna end up with the only option being to buy from retailers that sell at triple the price

ps5 is so good! I have had it for 2 weeks and its so fun ! I thought alot of people were overhyping the dualsense features but they are actually really good! I love the new ui and the games and how they looked! So far I've tested cold war and miles morales and they look so good!

got one at 9pm after the website glitched all fricking day. I almost thought i didnt get it until I checked my email . DELIVERY WAS TRASH the piece of craps fed ex guy just chucked it over the fence. the box was trashed. luckily the ps5 was fine.

Bought May 6th. Original delivery date was supposed to be May 28th, but they delivered it to me on May 10th. Big ups to Walmart for early delivery. Console is great for $500. 99% of my ps4 games run great on it, which was the main reason I picked it. Not many PS5 games out. Plus I am not paying $70 for a standard game. I can wait for lower price or get it from GameFly for half price a month or two later. The PS4 sounded like jet engine. This is super quite. Even started to overheat turning off. Great buy, I definitely recommend the PS5.
