I've been a PlayStation chick since I was practically a baby and also have gotten each system the moment they dropped so the fact that it was a hassle trying to get this really bummed me out. But on the 11/25 restock I kept refreshing even after they said that it was out of stock for like 20 min it randomly stated it was back in stock and I and was able to secure one!

I have to say that I do not like that you do not ship to military living overseas, however I am very happy that I stayed up until 2:40am on 18 September (8:40pm 17 September) and got through while on this crappy British Wi-Fi. While this console will not make up for the fact that our family trip was cancelled due to Covid and that this year has gone horrible wrong for everyone in the world, it will change my son's Christmas into magical CAUSE HE GOT THE SOLD OUT PS5! WHOOP! Thank you Walmart, also please add captcha to singing in so bots accounts can't be used, anything to get rid of the scalpers.

I have been on the website at all 3 launch times today, with a pc and my phone. I have struggled with this website all the way through to the checkout process just to have the site lock up long enough for me to lose my product, every time. The website needs to be modified and beefed up to handle this kind of sale... it is so maddening and frustrating. I have had it in my cart 4 times just to have it spew error codes and pages in an endless nonsensical loop.

Super happy! You have to be on the site right at launch time- google the world clock and refresh at :59:59 before the launch time and you will get one! Make sure you're logged in your Walmart account and that it has your credit card saved for fast check out. The system itself is awesome, the two fans make it soundless, it is pretty big but since it has two fans it makes sense. The controller experience is great, honestly no complaints other than lack of new PS5 games. It is worth the hype and when you can snag one, do so.

The controller alone was a win for me. The different features from this controller is amazing. Games i normally play load faster and I'm loving it. Others have complained about problems with their PS5 but the same doesn't apply for me. The cooling is amazing. My console does not overheat. I LOVE THE DESIGN. As times goes by, i can see this console getting better. Not enough space for me though but it is okay because I'll be expanding my storage. I CANNOT WAIT!!!

This is the gaming console you want. Now there will be some pros and obvious cons here. I'll begin with the cons. Please Please Please keep your PS4 system. It will be a horrible idea to completely abandon the PS4 due to the fact you have at least a 1TB or customized for 2TB compared to the PS5. Otherwise you will have to wait for a good trusted source to extend storage. Do NOT purchase this console from scalpers or above the retail price. It is worth exactly as it is, not a whole stimulus check. And for the scalpers that do sell it for over 700, that is shameful. Another side is, make sure you have room to place it. This is crucial since the PS5 is a literal behemoth. The pros of this is, this console is a definition of Next Gen. Beautiful and powerful. The download speeds are just astonishing to save you the time. The Dualsense will feel weird initially but it is a beautiful controller to enjoy. Is it worth the buy? Of course it is. I was one of those types who almost went to a different seller, thankfully I and the lucky few did not. I feel everyone's frustrations, I do believe Sony could've pushed back the date since Covid Era just destroyed physical purchases over at every stores. I did not like the wait and respectively no one else does. Given current events in the world we will not see a full stock or smoother purchases anytime soon until Next Year or towards the end of this one. Please, Hold on to your PS4 consoles and definitely have patience. Don't waste your stimulus checks on a Scalper or join bot groups. I love this console and it has been merciless to get. When you are lucky, I will say welcome to the Next Gen.

After I pre-ordered this item it said won't arrive till April but then after a few weeks it ship and came overnight. So the shipping was fine,the packaging is fine. BUT no screw to install the base of the ps5 so it can sit horizontal or vertical. But other than that it works fine, the only difference between Ps5 and Ps5 digital. Is ps5 digital don't have a disc tray. So if you play ps5 by disc and digital then just get Ps5. But if you play only digital get a ps5 digital. Currently reading the manual to see which screw I need. ALSO the screw hole cap of the ps5 the thing you remove to install base. Just take a screwdriver to pop it out.

I was able to get it pre-ordered in sep with a few hiccups. I've been unable to install COD cold war and have experienced multiple crashes and malfunctions. I was able to use my PS4 external to play all of my PS4 games without trouble. I also use rest mode as intended with no problem. All in all, I'm not fully confident in the system but when it works right I'm impressed. Truly next gen, imo, and once the bugs get worked out it will be a 5 star rating. If you can get your hands on one for MSRP do it.

WOW. The Insanely fast download speeds is splendid. The insanely fast loading screens and SSD storage is a must. The interface is smooth. Zero load times for library and PlayStation store. Love the way the controller feels looks and performs. Sony really hit the nail with this one
