Amazing console. Was able to snag one through the app because it was already in my cart, just had to wait for a restock. Shipped out on Thursday, received on Sunday. Fast shipping and incredible performance from the PS5. The DualSense controller itself is evolutionary in terms of next generation gaming. I will say do NOT waste your money on this console if you do not have a TV capable of 4K HDR. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an incredible experience as long as you have a compatible TV.

This console is an amazing console. I have a base model 1TB PS4 slim and I can really tell the upgrade in quality and graphics even with my console set to performance mode so I get higher frame rates. The dual sense controllers feel great. The only issue with the controller is that gets dirty very quickly. The main reason why I am giving a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review is because my game has crashed 4 times within the month that I owned the console. One time even caused my console to reboot. My PS4 has never crashed. I do believe this is a software based error and will be fixed with future updates. Also the storage is not enough. One of my games takes almost 100gb of storage and the console only comes with 667gb of usable storage. Otherwise the console is definitely worth the money!

The console itself is great but I'm surprised I haven't had any issues with it yet as it was shipped in an overly large box with almost no bubble wrap so it was just bouncing around in the box the entire time. The box itself had multiple bumps and holes in it that pierced the console box itself even. Probably never ordering something this expensive through Walmart again. It arrived in a very scary condition and I'm not even 100% that nothing is wrong with the hardware yet due to the horrible packaging. Luckily I got a 3 year warranty or else I would be immediately returning this.

This system is beautiful. It runs smoothly and quietly. ALL of the negative reviews on here are pathetic. They are either strict xbox fans, or people mad that they were not able to get one. Reviews should be about the product itself, not your personal feelings. Anyways, I've played several ps4 games on it, and everything works. Sony outdid themselves with the controller. The haptic feedback is amazing. This is a great system for any gaming fan.

What can I say. I am a huge nerd and I am very blessed to have been able to get a PS5 this holiday season. As someone who didn't upgrade to the PS4 Pro, this is a huge upgrade. The super fast SSD beats out the HP one I installed on my 2013 launch PS4, menu's are smooth as butter, graphics are insane, and the games play amazingly. I love the controller and Astro's Playroom is an amazing experience that every Playstation gamer needs to experience. Was worried about the size of the controller, but it fits great in my small hands and the battery life is at least an hour or two better than the PS4's with rumble turned off. I have zero complaints about the system. Just waiting on a few exclusives to really grab my attention, but you receive 20 of the best PS4 games with the playstation plus collection which is enough to hold me over for a year or two. Oh, I forgot to mention it is backwards compatible with PS4 games so it makes upgrading so much easier if you wish to play your old games. Excellent buy and brings life into old games that I can finally enjoy in crisp 4K instead of 1080P. *As a side note please do not buy from scalpers. Playstation has confirmed that they have 10 million units on shipment for Q1 2021. That is only two months away and it will definitely be worth the wait.*

Walmart is a great place to secure this amazing console. Walmart drops every 10 minutes about 5 times on specific days and it is one of the best ways to secure as you have multiple chances. Shipping was also very fast, ended up only taking one week when it was scheduled for 3 weeks. The PS5 itself is utterly gaming ground breaking with its DualSense controller and graphics and insanely fast load times. The only downside is storage, so prepare to shell out some money on an external hard drive, but besides that, it's practically flawless.

So this is my 5/5 launch system of a PSX...This console is YUUUGE! However unlike previous consoles this is made to stand out and not be shoved into some crappy TV stand. The PS5 and XBOX X are on pare with each other, PS5`s faster bandwidth and faster on board SSD levels the numbers giving on paper. Sony has however giving us a puny SSD and will cripple the true gamers. But they did pave a way for the future with a M2 slot, however until they unlock it we're boned. All external HDD/SSD`S are only for PS4 games only, also make sure to disconnect the external after use... slight (Possible bricking) technical issues which will be patched through future updates. Some will complain about this but hey apple is the same way, updates for updates updates lol The loading times in GTA V and other games are much faster and smoother. The UI of the console is a totally different and colorful arrangement so somethings will require getting used to. I personally can't wait until we get to see better more graphically demanding games that are coming. Oh yeah the controller is a bit heavier and beefier which feels great as you lay waste to your enemies. Also use caution since the mic is built into the controller as its solid orange light means it's off. So hopefully finding one of these consoles won't take to for everyone else, due to scumbag resellers...

What a stunning system. This product was delivered timely and was surprisingly easy to purchase when I knew the restock was happening. The system itself is amazing. Quick load speeds, stunning graphics (resolution is amazing), steady fps and the user interface makes sense. I've only been playing Ghost of Tsushima on this new system (was waiting to pick this up because I didn't want to play on my base PS4). It has been an incredible experience. On the resolution mode I have steady 60fps and have not seen a single drop. I'm excited for when I get to playing Miles Morales, a game fully optimized for this system.

Not super impressed. No built in web browser. Error code for ps4 games shouldnt happen. Ps4 is how freaking old? Ps4 games constantly force closes, give error code. And no fix actually works. Questioning if I should have got a Xbox. Netflix, Apple TV, all have a buffer issue in app that restarts your show to beginning because crashes. I left Xbox because the poor programming. I now believe both makers have poor programming.
