Got mine about a week or two after launch. Store pickup took some time but was definitely worth the wait! Very smooth graphics compared to ps4, the controller does not require batteries just a charger (unlike the xbox) Only problem is connection on Cold War Zombies sometimes but I can look past that.

Lifetime gamer since the Atari 2600. This console is amazing. The controller is an evolutionary step forward. The games are just fun to play. Don't let tech specs get in your head, does it have a lot of fun games? Yes. Every time I play Im smiling and say, Did you see that?! Or, that was amazing!

I sold my PS4 a while back and I've been without a console since then. This thing is a BEAST. Installs games super quick (I did 5 in a 30min timeframe), loads fast, fantastic visuals, and the new effects built into the controller are super immersive!

This whole time thing on launch is rediculous. I got on so many times and was able to add it to my cart, but then it won't even let me into my cart to check out. Then before you know it, it's out of stock again. A bunch of bs. They need to do this a different way... So the rating is for the launch crap on trying to get this. Not for the Ps5...

I've owned every single Playstation console, This console is the best one yet as it has made me a lot of money. As far as how it plays I don't know as I'm waiting to actually play one when they no longer bring such a high resale premium. My advice is to wait till some more games come out and the bugs get ironed out. As of now the only next generation game worth buying is the Demon's Souls remake, from FromSoft fan these games are very difficult and not for everyone.

Resellers are using bots to purchase all of the inventory up before any of us are able to make a purchase. Like one other person said. Supply and demand. Wait this out and you'll get your gaming system. Leave the scalpers with thousands of dollars worth of gaming systems with nobody to buy them.

I ordered this for my boyfriend birthday an decide to pay more since I can't find them anywhere in town. well I'm highly disappointed because it looks like it was open before I even got it I didn't just pay 850 for a used console I'm very upset cause it's ridiculous amount of money to spend but for it to look open already is unacceptable. I did receive it in two days which made me very excited to get it as promised. I don't even want to gift it to my boyfriend now in case there's something wrong with it.

Not super impressed. No built in web browser. Error code for ps4 games shouldnt happen. Ps4 is how freaking old? Ps4 games constantly force closes, give error code. And no fix actually works. Questioning if I should have got a Xbox. Netflix, Apple TV, all have a buffer issue in app that restarts your show to beginning because crashes. I left Xbox because the poor programming. I now believe both makers have poor programming.

I have been on the website at all 3 launch times today, with a pc and my phone. I have struggled with this website all the way through to the checkout process just to have the site lock up long enough for me to lose my product, every time. The website needs to be modified and beefed up to handle this kind of sale... it is so maddening and frustrating. I have had it in my cart 4 times just to have it spew error codes and pages in an endless nonsensical loop.

I've had every PlayStation since the PS2, and this new console hands down is the best one yet! Has so many cool features, graphics, and is buttery smooth. No more slow UI with lag like the PS3/PS4. Such an awesome console with allot of potential. And it doesn't sound like a jet engine!!
