Great new next gen console, though all of its capabilities have not yet been unlocked by PS it's still pretty amazing. Have been playing AC Valhalla and Cyberpunk 2077 on it a lot. The games run smooth and fast with minimal loading time. If you have trouble with the Walmart website just keep refreshing and trying eventually you might just luck out and get one!

The courier who dropped it off just threw it on to my doorstep luckily it wasn't damaged but still you should have a word with employees about throwing parcels none the less love the console it was still sealed for me to open my self no tampering or anything, I will personally go to buy the headset though and charging station

The PS5 is a fantastic gaming console, it's super quiet when playing games, can play PS4 games and transfer game data from the PS4 to the PS5. Can also use external storage devices to store PS4 and PS5 games to. Games also load up really fast. Controller is sleek,comfortable, and futuristic looking.

Not only is the PS5 AMAZING! ... but Walmart also is amazing and provided a FREE UPGRADE to the disc edition. Both PS5s would have been worth any price. The UI is seamless, smooth, and fun to use. The hardware is sleek, beautiful, and well made. Lastly, the performance is like none other. The PS5 is the ultimate console gaming machine!

The Playstation 5 is great and looks good on my 1080p TV with super sampling. I plan on getting a 4k TV soon so I can get full graphical fidelity. The controller is truly next gen with haptic feedback vibrations and adaptive triggers, it really makes you feel everything. Shipping with FedEx was a issue they messed up my tracking and my package in the New Hampshire warehouse for 3 days smh. Luckily I called FedEx corporate and they got it straightened out almost scared me for a bit I payed to much money for this thing for them to loose it or worse STEAL IT !!! It came to my doorstep safe and sound thank god and it works flawlessly definitely worth the money even if it was double the price I had the money for it and got it before Battlefield 2042 comes out. The SSD storage could've have been better for a bigger and more powerful console but other than that I can finally enjoy true next gen gaming.

Exactly what I hoped for. I waited a good month or so before reviewing in case there were issues with the console that weren't readily apparent, but there haven't been any problems at all. The console is lightning fast; all my load times on Genshin Impact for example have been less than 2 seconds. The disc drive works just fine. Streaming services perform better as well. The console is bigger than I expected though, which is tricky because I don't have a lot of space to work with. Came in packaged very well. 10/10. If you're impatient like me and have the extra cash to spare for a marked up PS5, this is a safe bet.

I give it a 5 stars because its amazing in every way. Though it came late and this caused a lot of frustration and I in a way regret thinking that nation wide distributors was not accountable since they never reassured me that it was on the way and let me no option but to file a complaint. It literally is silent almost all the time through the day. The fps is different on most games but the big difference is actual looks such as the resolution. The controller is also amazing for story games and other games as well. The only down side is it is very hard to get.

The console is well worth the price tag even if it is to play ps4 games at the moment. Locked 60fps is a game changer. Haven't tried the 120fps mode since I don't have a game that supports it but I'm already looking to buy a new monitor. Games like Demon Souls really feel like true next gen games and I'm sure the upcoming unannounced games will squeeze even more performance out of the console. I'm very disappointed about the scalpers situation since launch. Anyone thinking about falling into temptation and buy a x2 times priced console should just wait patiently for supply to catch up with demand. At the end of the day scalpers should have these consoles sitting there collecting dust and be forced to lower prices to recoup the net investment. Honestly consider this: the amount of games out is limited, current ps5 games don't tap into it's full potential and mostly people will want to buy a new TV or morning that supports HDMI 2.1 to take full advantage of the console. If you wait these "issues" will all be resolved.

Like the rest of North America, I tried and tried to get a PS5 on launch day. Although the Walmart app did not provide a positive purchase confirmation, an email confirmation claimed my order went through. A week later, BAM, PS5 in the house! Packaging not quite as glamorous as Series X. Setup is a cinch. I am new to Playstation, and creating a new account was clumsy, as some knucklehead used my email address for their childs account (how is that even possible?!). After a support chat, I am in business. Load times for games is nearly instant. But the star of the show is DualSense. The next gen controller is unbelievably cool! The console is extra large, but whisper quiet. I can also gold star recommend Demons Souls and Black Ops Cold War. Happy gaming!
