I wish we could filter all of the reviews that have nothing to do with the actual system most of these reviews or about shipping or trying to get the PS5 system. Please stop! I got my system directly from Sony So lets Review the actual system. First off my only complaint about the system is the obvious the storage capacity in the system I suggest first getting an external storage drive I went with a simple $60 Seagate works perfectly fine for playing my PS4 games off of it I only went with a 4 TB the controls are far superior to the PlayStation for haptic feedback in the triggers is excellent for first person shooters and Spiderman looks breathtaking if you were playing on the proper TV with all of the proper settings Please go through all of your settings to get the most out of your system and your TV otherwise you could be missing out

The PS5 is a great gaming console. It's got a fast solid state drive and great graphics! It's also backwards compatible with most digital and disk PS4 games. The exclusives are amazing as well. Finally, it is backwards compatible with Playstation VR with just a small adapter. Sony will eventually release a new VR system for the PS5 down the road for even better VR. Buy the PS5. You won't regret it! :)

I was lucky enough to pre-order back in September and my PlayStation showed up on release day. I have had no issues and it truly is a Next-Gen device. graphics are awesome and I love the new controller. But do not buy from eBay keep trying to get it at your local retailer.

After 4 months of trying I finally got one, and I gotta say the wait was worth it, finally seeing it in person was incredible and it LOOKS incredible it fits perfectly with my setup but it's not just the outside it's the inside too, the specs are amazing a spider man game what's never looked so good and the controller is so intuitive it's incredible and the preinstalled game does a great job of show I'm gonna it's power and it's also fun and the sound, wow the sound, the ps5 is virtually silent (unlike the ps4 lol) and when you can hear it's VERY faint, overall this is a huge recommendation I love it, and a STEAL for the price the only downside is ten fact that it's 800gb and not 1tb but that should bet be a huge problem for ME personally since I use mainly disc games but man! This is the best PlayStation console yet, and stated by some as THE BEST console

Spent way over price for the PS5 from third party seller but overall came in perfect condition. The box was in perfect condition as well, no smashed or torn box. It runs really well and Im loving Demon Souls on it. Only complaint is having to wait about a week due to fedex taking awhile in transit. Love my purchase nonetheless.

I ordered from Walmart, but the unit did not come from Walmart. I did not read who was the seller, that was my mistake. I received a used unit in an old beat up box. Unacceptable!! Paid quite above market value and I felt robbed! Did return to Walmart but have not received refund from seller yet. Don't make the same mistake I made. I was thinking I was purchasing from Walmart, double check who the seller is.
