The PS5 itself is a delight. It arrived in pristine condition and runs wonderfully. My complaints are that the expected delivery date was 2 days and my order was delayed for two weeks, so I should expect Walmart to update the estimated delivery time frame to reflect more accurately based on their available stock; the PS5 box arrived in a larger Walmart box with no padding to keep it from banging around inside and potentially damaging the system—mine suffered no damage, but I do take issue with the lack of care; and lastly, the purchase did not come with a charging cable for the controller, so I've had to use a spare USB-C cable in the meantime, which I find to be a very inconvenient oversight. Overall, the product is precisely as advertised and well worth the poor service experience, but I do wish Walmart would take more care to set the right expectations and show a little more attention to preserving the quality of the merchandise they ship out.

It's a great game console. However, I overpaid for it, and I wish they didn't charge extra for it. I paid about $700 Dollars before tax to get this game console. I believe, but I'm not sure that the msrp for the PS5 I got is $499. If this business would have charged $499 then I would have given it a 5 star rating. Also, I wish the product would have came in 2 days.

Got my ps5 8days late , for it to be broken And know have to return it. It was new but when I went to turn it on or download a game or play it all it did was come up with a overheating warring. I wish they would do a Exchange. Know I have to wait for a refund.

I was super nervous about buying this because I've never purchased a console before.. I was worried about getting potentially scammed (especially after reading some of the reviews). But I bit the bullet and this listing is legit!! My boyfriend was so happy with the PS5 - it was completely brand new and arrived in 4 days. The box DID come a little beat up (corner was a bit crushed and torn) but the PS5 accessories were in perfect condition. I'm so glad I was able to finally get my hands on one!

I bought this for my boyfriend last week and was very hesitant because it didn't come from Walmart themselves. But we got it today, super fast shipping the PS five works great. The only issue we have is the box is a little tore up but other than that everything is good

My son saved up his money for over a year waiting to buy this gaming console and he has not been disappointed. This actually arrived sooner than he was expecting and you should have seen his eyes when we opened the box and to his surprise it was his PlayStation!! The scream that rang through the house.. He set it up immediately. It did take some time for everything to upload, but that may be because of the speed of our internet and not because of the console itself. Since then everything has ran smoothly and he has had no problems. He says this is the best purchase he has made all year and well worth every penny he had to save.

My PS5 broke after two months of buying it and now shuts off on its own, but i didn't buy a protection plan because it didn't offer one on your app and i'm stuck with a broken console :'( considering they just left my playstation on the ground in the front yard i wonder how it was handled during the trip here

let me just say with the price I was hesitant to get it cause of the price but I Went and got it anyway and it's suppose to be here between Tues and Friday and got here today basically two days after ordering it..I got it for a surprise for my husband cause he gave up looking for one but i didn't lols...he doesn't ask for much if really anything but when he got it OMGGGG HE WAS SOOO HAPPPY he hooked everything up n BOOM works AMAZING n worth every penny I paid for it plus the warranty so THANK YOU WALMART SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!

The package ended up being delayed by 3 days, proceeded to get delivered to the wrong address, the box was damaged where one side of it was completely caved in. The outer box to the console was also damaged because of this even though the box has the explosive battery sign on it (because it can probably be dangerous) but it looked like they kicked it around for fun. It was just really disappointing when something costs so much money to be completely disregarded. Console ended up working good though. Finished setting it up and it is just as fast as my PC loading up games from its SSD. Only big thing is the delivery and how the boxes ended up damaging because they got my money and past that couldn't care less.

Walmart is Awesome Ps5 comes In literally felt like i got it in 2 days like Amazon prime. A product this demanding and it got it quick. As for the video game system its amazing no complaints. However i have to be honest. The system freezes maybe twice since nov 2020 and its april 2021. Thats not bad. Im sure they will get an update to fix that.
