Box came ripped up and looked like someone opened the box to the console and the controller came already scuffed with black marks on it. Other than the cosmetic damage the console it great.

The system is huge, but it's beautiful! The DualSense controller is a game changer, as well. The picture is stunningly gorgeous and smooth. Absolutely love this system!

Upgrading from the PS4 Pro to the PS5 I thought not much would change but it's a major upgrade and definitely worth it. You may have to camp out at the site to try and get one but it's great!

4K @ 120fps w/hdmi 2.1 and VRR...just remember to make sure your tv can handle/ or upgrade your tv to unlock the full potential of the ps5...DualSense is MINDBLOWING!!!

I think the console is great, but the packaging is cheap. It often is damaged and torn. I think Sony should have spent more on packaging considering the price.

It sucks that you let bots I to your website, and that people can find a " back door" and automatically have a Playstation 5 added to their cart. That's just BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Totally worth the money the gaming is so smooth and the load times are very fast, would definitely recommend getting one if you can get your hands on it.

I didn't get the console but I want to get it and the bots took over the app and I couldn't get it so I am very disappointed over that lets hope I get it soon if I do I hope its good and docent have any problems.
